Great location, clean, host and hostess incredibly kind and even made me tea upon arrival. Very clean, hot shower, good AC, plenty of TV channels, terrace, laundry washed and dried in 2 hours. Everything was excellent and for the price I can’t recommend it enough :)

Amazing. Book this spot!

I had a wonderful stay here, the single room with private bathroom was basically a 4 star hotel but for a shockingly good price. The family staff were very kind, and everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again without hesitation if I ever return to Ohrid.

Nothing bad, the property was honestly perfect. The only downside that the property can’t control is the stray dogs of Ohrid. The road from the accommodation into downtown is particularly frequented by strays, just something to keep in mind if you have had bad experiences with dogs.

Highly recommend to stay at this warm little place

It’s definitely more than 10 score to me!! I was warmly welcome by Sandra with coffee. Private room with private toilet and balcony. Little kitchen to boil water or cook! There is also a fan to make the room cooler during summer! And also a little fridge in room to chill my drink! Unexpectedly there is also a hairdryer in room! Key is also provided which makes me (as a female solo traveller) feel safe. The most importantly - valuable price!!! Only is the location a bit far from the center but it’s ok for me to walk along the beach to the centre. Also the host reply message fast! Highly recommend this villa!!!!!!

Very clean guesthouse with very friendly host.

Super friendly and helpful lady welcomed us and made us coffee! The place is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We felt right at home. The area is very beautiful, and it's a few minutes to the beach, and a short walk into the center.

Our room had a private bathroom, but it is accessed by the public hallway and doesn't lock. This is a little concerning, particularly if you're a solo female traveller. They offer a laundry service for €5, which is great and very reasonable. But they also prohibit you from hand washing any of your clothes in your own sink in your room. I've never seen this at any other accommodation, and it feels like an unnecessary restriction to force you into paying for their service. For a backpacker with a small amount of clothes that require daily washing, this would be particularly inconvenient.

Everything is perfect!

The studio is super clean, with kitchen, toilet, balcony. The host reacted to messages quickly each time. The host was not there but her friendly grandma. She even welcomed us with coffee. The best price/quality we found around Ohrid. We would definitely recommend this place :)

Perfect stay in Ohrid

The lovely grandmother of the owner is really incredibly sweet. She manages the space and brings you a coffee or tea when you first arrive. The room is spacious and in a quiet area, 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach. The city is about 25 minutes walk away.

A great and comfortable stay, and I would return again for sure!

I guess due to it being low season, and I planned to stay for a week, I was upgraded to a studio room with kitchen, which was very nice. It was super clean and comfortable, warm in the winter weather with a small ground heater. The kitchen was basic, but good quality, and clean. Wifi was good also. Bathroom was just outside the room, though shared with the washing machine for the house. They have paid attention to a lot of little things, from furnishings and decorations to shoe horns near the shoe storage. Despite not having really much English, the owners mother was very nice, and tried hard to communicate, often using her phone to translate for you. She tried to be very helpful and was patient.

The location is a little out of the way, but not too far. There is a beach not too far away, which is a little rough, but nice enough to walk along when you're heading towards old town via the hiking paths.

Disappointing

The owner of the facility is in Skopje and his/her grandma welcomes the guests, she was a sweet lady. Because of her and the price, I give the 4 stars. Location is not central but not a problem if you have a car.

I usually try to find the places with a high price/performance ratio. With this facility, I was fooled by the positive comments. I stayed in February when the weather was -7 degrees. The facility has very strict rules. I was not allowed the leave the heat on while I was out, I think I came back to the apartment at 9 pm and turned the heat on. But the electric radiator was very small and I froze to death till the morning. I couldn't even sleep because of the cold. The facility was not dirty, but the blankets didn't have sheets.

Hot water from shower and sink in the toilet was yellow, likely an issue with the boiler. No paper or napkins in the kitchen. Not easy comunication in english with the owner. Not very close to old town.
