Breakfast was great. Rooms / Villa clean and cosy.
Not really in central city. No restaurants near Hotel. Citycenter / beach promenade 10-15 minutes walkdistance

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, great facilities, loved the scenic walk into the town by the lake, useful parking and nice clean room ! Hotel not big in capacity so has a wonderful boutique feel.
