It was a very nice room with friendly hosts, and the location was very good as well.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly throughout my short stay. I especially liked how helpful they were for describing what to do in the area and how to get to places. In addition, I liked how relatively clean the facilities were. They made my experience and stay in Ohrid all the more pleasant.

The only complaint I really have is with the bathroom. I believe if I remember correctly, the shower was leaking water, and the floor was constantly slightly wet. I also think there should've been more toiletries and better body wash. But these are hardly dealbreakers.

It’s a pity we stayed only for one day, but Bitrak is a great place for a vacation. In the morning the owners offered us

Worthwhile.

Very well located. 10 min walk to the lake/beach. Friendly owner who is very helpful and kind. The price makes it a very worthwhile stay. There is a lovely outdoor space where you can hang clothes to dry if needed or have breakfast. Wifi is sufficient (best connection is at the front of the property.). No full length mirror is the only feedback I would give, but that is because I am vain :)

Best place in town to stay.

To rate this property a 10 is little, the hosts are amazing, accommodating, kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms are so incredibly clean, with towels, toiletries and toilet paper provided, you even get a sponge and dish washing liquids for washing dishes. When we arrived the host made us coffee and explained both nearby food places and historical sights and beaches, and the ones we need to travel by boat as well. The location is incredible, just a 10 minute walk from the station, and also to the port and main walkway. We also were able to leave our luggage there before our bus later in the day.

Comfortable and pleasant stay

- well located between the bus stop and old town - clean and comfortable - owner was so sweet and offered me ice coffee when I checked in and before I left for my bus the next day

I only stayed for the night before my bus, so it was very convenient to leave. For getting to the old town, it takes about 10 minutes to walk, which I didn’t mind. It’s in a more local neighborhood outside of the tourist center.

Highly Recommend!

The location was perfect, between the bus station and old city. Everything was walkable, and a grocery store and bakery were around the corner. The family was kind, hospitable, and communicated very well. Check-in was flexible and smooth, as was check out. Very clean space with everything we needed for an overnight! The local recommendations were well appreciated and enjoyed.

Clean close to town and the friendly owners provided us with information about town which is much nicer than the Internet. Our room had a nice outside seating area too

- Hosts were super helpful, going above and beyond, and we enjoyed getting to meet them - the room was large & comfy - the shower had great water pressure and hot water - kitchen had the basics you needed

WiFi had some issues doing Zoom meetings or would cut out a bit (but really you should be here for vacation lol)

Wonderful in every way

Very nice and welcoming host, felt great arriving in Ohrid. Location is calm but still within easy walking distance of the center and the lake. My room was very clean, had a good sleep there. Parking in front of the house was a plus, as well as the supermarket and bakery nearby.

Mr. Bitrak - Perfect Host

Mr. Dragan Bitrak is the perfect host. He greeted us with a map outlining what we can do in Ohrid. He gave detailed information to each of our questions. During our visit, our car was damaged because of heavy hail. Even after we left the facility, Mr. Bitrak continued to support us with short movies and newspaper articles to be used in insurance transactions. The room is very clean and located in a quiet location. You can reach the center and the lakeside with a short walk. There is free parking.

It is a very nice house close to Ohrid’s city center. I stayed in a room for 3. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and we had access to a garden!

The only thing is that we couldn’t figure out how to get hot water in the shower. Other than that, everything was very good!

Nice stay

The host was friendly and helpful. The apartment seemed renovated and it was comfortable. There were parking slots for a car too. Moreover, location was close to center so it was a nice stay overall.

I upraged the room for extra price one night before arrival but later I realized they leaded us the old room that I booked. It was also fine so it was not problem but they should have been careful since they charged us more. Also there was no fly screens on windows so we had to get rid of two big spiders. ;( And you have to wait around 20 minutes to get warm water.

Everything was perfect. The owners are very nice, always available for everything you need, but you don't need anything because everything is fine at the apartmants. Dragan make sure to do all the papirology so you can be calm. The house is near the center and well connected with the around beaches. This is the place we would stay at again. 😊
