I would look elsewhere.

Only instant coffee, and the server would not provide any assistance, or hot water at breakfast. 2 days in a row. I had to complain.

Nice property in the center of Ohrid

Nice property located in the heart of Ohrid, just close to the city's main attractions and conveniently close to the bus terminal. The room was large and comfortable, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The air conditioner in the room was making a disturbing noise. The room wasn't properly cleaned. I found a lot of hair both in the bedroom and the bathroom.

Nice stay, I would come back, despite some disadvantages

We got a very big room, with big bathroom and nice shower. Short walk from city centre, as we like. Safe parking in front of the hotel. We felt safe in the hotel.

Breakfast could be better. Some food that should be hot, was cold. Not much chioce, but fair enough for the hotel price.

It has a parking lot and it's next to DM.

The room and the bathroom were not clean at all. There were hair on the sheets and pillow. The curtain was down. The beds were uncomfortable. It was 20 minutes walking to the lake.

Excellent price/quality, great staff. Recommend!

The room was spacious, clean and warm with a clean bathroom. The room had a small refrigerator. The best part for me was the staff. I found the manager, Emilija, to be super friendly, helpful and intelligent with helping me with info on local transportation choices and with troubleshooting some travel issues. Breakfast was great and plentiful, smartly organized such, that it is a buffer, when they have lots of guests and «a la cart“, when not. All staff were friendly and nice. There are 2 supermarkets next door, and a great „hole in the wall“ burger/pleskavitca place half way towards bus station. Highly recommend!

Nothing really, but the rooms towards the main Street are a bit noisier ( the cars, but not major traffic) and with lights at night, although there are dark curtains in the room for those sensitive to light. Also, the hotel is frequent with hosting big groups and if they are teenagers and it is after 23:00, it could be noisy. The hotel needs to communicate better with group supervisors to ensure the teenagers don’t run in the corridors giggling after 23:00.

The personnel were very nice and accommodating.

Dirty and stained bedsheets. Curtains were not hanging properly and cannot even cover the whole window so early in the morning it was very bright and hot in the room. The room was cluttered with tables etc. The hairdryer was very dusty.

There were supermarket, the dm, kam.. nearby, so it was convenient. It was convenient to manage the keys at the hotel reception. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice!

Not much. Staff was quite friendly and tried to help, but the receptionist after 10 pm could not speak any English.

So many things. 1. Cleanliness was very bad. Below any standard 2. Breakfast was very cold 3. Location was over 1km from the centre, though it was described as 700 m. 4. Heating not consistent across the room and controlled from downstairs only and for any change had to go downstairs to tell the receptionist and since it was afte 10 pm, it was difficult to explain since he could not speak any English 5. Windows would not close properly and the night was quite cold. It was too hot near the door and quite cold near the windows. The floor was freezing cold

Perfect hotel

The room is exactly the same as on the pictures with private parking space. The stuff was very kind and helpful. We will definitely go back and I recommend this place for longer stays or a single night.

Very friendly and professional staff. The food is excellent. The apartment is neat, clean, the bathroom as well. There is a free parking lot in front of the hotel. Recommendation for the hotel.

A hotel working on a shoestring and not delivering value for money.

Regular buses to the centre. Wifi was good . Staff were friendly.

The room was not clean, cobwebs could be seen. One of the shower doors was missing. There was only one blackout curtain covering half the window, therefore woken up early by the light. Breakfast was not wonderful. Some food items not replaced when finished and the last morning was a travesty. Arriving 30 mins after breakfast started there were no clean tables, glasses, cups or forks. The coffee was finished as was the orange juice and yoghurt and the remainder looked like the aftermath of a child's party. The reason given was that a coach load had been in beforehand. The restaurant does not operate in the evening. To get a decent evening meal you need to go into the centre.
