There was no air conditioner.

The room was spacious, with air conditioning (a blessing with these temperatures).
24h check-in available, which was great for us since we arrived late, after mid-night.
Also, the hosts were really really nice!
The property has no dedicated parking spaces (we parked on the street).
The bathroom (especially the shower) needs an upgrade (at least cleaning&sealing as it was leaking).
Also, the mattress and pillows were not comfortable for me, but this is about taste and preference so it could just be me on this one.
