Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

So great especially for a family with a toddler! Resort is super family friendly, there were plenty of pool options to spread out among guests. Never had issues with finding food. I wish there was a beach but there is nothing for them to do to fix that part. Perfect for a 4 night trip as you would probably run out of things to do after that unless you booked several excursions. We are already itching to go back to another Dreams resort!

The way we were welcomed was beyond our expectations. Every single member of the staff was very polite. Because of the days we were there, most of the restaurants were not opened, we suggest to close only one restaurant a day so guests can enjoy all of them during their stay. The only BUT we have for this hotel is that it doesn't have a beach. But we really loved how relaxing it was, how quiet, how good the food is.

We ended up staying for 10 days because it was that amazing!!!!!!! Enrique(pool guy) and victor(pool guy) took very good care of us and made the experience feel like we were at home. I can’t wait to come back!

No beach at all, even though they say there is a beach. Food is pretty bad. Also, even though they have 7 restaurants, they only open 2 or three at any time. Liquors are lower quality, not very good selection. The only steak restaurant I as open only a couple nights and the only “steak” was a New York and it appeared to have been brined, very bad. All the other restaurants had no beef in the menu, only pork and chicken. The Mexican restaurant was below average. The ocean view junior suite had no view of the ocean, instead it was a view of the building next door. We were moved 3 times because the AC wouldn’t remove the moisture so the floors and bedding would get soaked, extremely frustrating. The spa was nice but not very modern or plush, just average. The staff was very professional and pleasant but it wasn’t enough to change the experience. We’ve stayed at other hotels in this chain and his is by far the worst experience at a dreams. Would not recommend it to anyone. The buffet was also extremely limited and not very good either.
