Well maintained property. Abundant pool space so you never feel crowded. Family friendly. I was there for my birthday week however, I was sick. The staff went above and beyond to do everything they could to ensure I had a relaxing "recovery vacation".

We live the customer sirve was great, no issues.
The only comment is that they should have Modelo beer or more variety.

Such an amazing week at El Cid. Everything was just lovely. Food was great. Service spectacular and property gorgeous!

The rooms were cleaned, staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the amenities of the hotel and the sister hotels near by. The food was okay ,average buffet style options. The pastries were my favorite of the trip! You can ever go wrong with open bar and drinks all morning till sun down.
