The wait staff and servers was very attentive and the facility was immaculate. FOOD WAS fresh and delicious.
The restaurant reservation system was horrible, we needed help due to our group of 9, Then when we showed up they were not ready for us.
Also any request we made in advance they were unable to do it seems like they work on a system instead of having a personal touch.
Lastly not all restaurants were always available they limited access probably due to the resort was only at 30 percent capacity.

Breakfast was good, lunch was good at the license to chill bar and also the daily 1pm lunch is good. Dinner at the restaurants is mediocre apart from the Italian. Best food for dinner is the Italian imo.
Room was good and clean - the TVs are smart but the hotel don’t allow you to connect to mirror your phone so you have to pay to watch movies on the tv which is not acceptable based on the cost of the hotel.
Day time entertainment was good - very up beat.
Evening entertainment not much too do, only the land shark is open till 1am which only play rock music. There is no house music, jazz or up beat bars.
As the hotel is pretty remote you can’t walk anywhere unfortunately. You have to get a cab to Cancun for later entertainment cab is around £30 there £50 back
