Excellent service and all the staff everywhere are very very helpful and nice. The food and cocktails were good, although all inclusive is usually mediocre. This is a hotel with a special concept and is very permissive in terms of sex and nudity on the hotel grounds, and it is an experience for those who have not yet tried it, but everyone should check if it is right for them. For us it was a good experience.
The cleanliness of our room was at a low level (if you walk barefoot in the room, it feels unclean). And on the second day, our room was not cleaned at all.
There are also no bedside lamps.
But other than that, everything was excellent.

Overly aggressive sales people. Especially then people trying to sell membership. Polite until we decided to not get membership.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions or requests. Victor and Miguel at the pool. Daphnea in the sales center, Gilberto at the Pearl, Emma and Tammie in the spa. The list goes on.
Lounge chairs on the second floor balcony rooms versus a table and chairs. This is being picky, everything was great.

Decent. For the money you pay it could be better
Terrible smell from decomposing seaweed in the beach. Most of the property is affected by it
