From arrival to departure, everything smooth and painless. Airport transfer was easy and punctual.
Upon arrival, super easy to check in, had a drink waiting for us. Room was ready on time, we were able to eat and drink freely until then.
Room themselves are clean and spacious.
Food was great but not too much variety (two restaurants) but room service and poolside food was excellent.
Wish there were more activities or amenities. No planned activities, evening events, music, or access to excursions.
Love this for a super relax vacation but not ideal for those looking to stay active and busy or have young kids.

This was an amazing stay! The staff were always so kind. At times dining took longer than we were accustomed to, but it made us slow down which is great! Spa was fantastic. Food was amazing!
