10 / 10Outstanding·Jul 2026
The way we were welcomed was beyond our expectations. Every single member of the staff was very polite.
Because of the days we were there, most of the restaurants were not opened, we suggest to close only one restaurant a day so guests can enjoy all of them during their stay.
The only BUT we have for this hotel is that it doesn't have a beach. But we really loved how relaxing it was, how quiet, how good the food is.

We ended up staying for 10 days because it was that amazing!!!!!!! Enrique(pool guy) and victor(pool guy) took very good care of us and made the experience feel like we were at home. I can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was clean and the staff was really nice. However, I would not stay at this resort again. The restaurants are very limited. They have about 6 restaurants however, we were only able to go to two because the other ones were closed. The resort is smaller than most and not much to do besides go to the pool. There is also not a beach on the resort. I like Dreams hotels but not this property.
