The view is beautiful

The gym could be better. Recommend to improve

The resort itself is beautiful, with a great location, beautiful ocean views, comfortable rooms, and very nice facilities. The beach and pool areas are beautiful, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the all-inclusive experience overall.

Our main disappointment was the Inspira package. We paid extra for it based on the exclusive amenities advertised on Booking.com, but several of those benefits were not actually provided as described. The welcome sparkling wine was missing and had to be requested three times, and the advertised dessert was never provided. There was also no separate Inspira pool or jacuzzi, and the beach area was not private or exclusive to Inspira guests. We also requested a baby crib before arrival but never received a response. The hotel itself is very nice, but the Inspira package did not match what was advertised. On one occasion I didn’t receive the complete food order to my room after waiting 45 minutes …

All good , issue with aggressive guests and when speaking to management response was very positive

No entertainment at night

If you’re looking for a quiet and lowkey time this is a good property for that.

Very little food selection and most of the options are average at best. A lot of food I ended up not being too fond of. Average to below average. No entertainment during the day or in the evening. The hotel also seemed severely short staffed leading to long wait times for drink orders at the bar and at the buffet. Not hotel specific but the beach areas are covered in sargassum and not enjoyable to be on.
