We were very happy and grateful to all the hotel staff; they treated us very well. Our room was excellent, with a beautiful ocean view, very comfortable beds, fresh air, and everything was very clean. The food and drinks were 10/10. The pools are excellent and very clean. Easy access to the beach 🏖️ .

We had an amazing time at the Royal Solaris Cancún. The staff were great, the food was amazing. So many options at the buffet to fit everyone’s likes. They changed the menu every night to different themes. They also had many cooking stations where they made the food fresh in front of you (the omelettes in the morning that Edgar made were amazing!) The pools were clean and well maintained. There was quite a bit of seagarssum on the beach when we went but the resort cleaned it quite often. We don’t have kids but we noticed there were a lot of activities and things to do for the kids. There’s also a daily schedule with many different activities and shows to do throughout the day. Overall our experience was unmatched and we really enjoyed every moment of it! We will definitely be returning!
