    A very positive stay overall, with excellent value and a convenient location. The property was clean and well maintained, while housekeeping kept everything in good order. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities and amenities made the stay comfortable. The view was another highlight, and the Wi-Fi and parking were also appreciated.

    The hotel property and rooms are clean. The staff was all very professional. Abran at the Gus bar is friendly and makes some excellent drinks. Food wise it’s like cruise ship food. You’re gonna have to try things and see what you like. I’ve stayed at larger properties. But I have to say, this place is better than them. Everything was accessible. Nothing is more than 5 minutes away. Such your room to the beach. Or room to the buffet, pools. I would 100% stay here again.

    It was my first time doing all-inclusive in Cancun and it did not disappoint. It exceeded my expectations tbh. Food was great and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
