Concierge staff was rude, not friendly or helpful at all, everyday there must be at least 1-2 elevator that’s “closed” in total they only have 3, if you didn’t make reservations for restaurants (which can only make it within 0800-1000, or else it won’t be available), restaurants will not take walkins even though the restaurant appears emptied and claim that they are full, being said not EVERY restaurant will be open daily, and they won’t tell you which one will be closed until the day. check in time says 1500, understand that I arrived early, there’s no room, no room number therefore I can’t make any reservations for the restaurant, went back to conceirge at 1500 which check in staff asked me to, and the staff said come back after 30 minutes, and said it’s only 1500 and it said check in STARTED 1500 doesn’t mean I will get a room at 1500, went back to check in counter and ask and they ask me to go back to conceirge, I really don’t want to make a scene which a lot of guests were frustrated at the check in counter already, asked another staff to check if there’s ANY room that’s available, we asked for the upgraded room through Agoda but I don’t care anymore I just want a room to be able to take a shower after a long flight which we arrived 9am in the morning and had to wandered in the hotel area for 6 hours just to wait for the room to be available, since we do not have room number to reserves for the restaurant, therefore the only option which is the buffet and the buffet is by far the worst selections I’ve seen in Cancun. And elevator is always closed. They decided to closed 2 of the elevator and only kept one running, at 0600 there’s an ice cream dropped on the floor of that elevator, after we came back from our tour which is 2030, the ice cream cone is still in there, which I’ve never seen a hotel can leave dirts like that in an elevator for over 12 hours uncleaned, and certain staff in the restaurant honestly needs more guest service training, not only doubting the guest, try to embarrass and humiliate them, and the choice of words should not be even used in a hotel setting, I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel ever and I’m sure I would not come back to this hotel 100%.

Nice Resort but just way too many kids everywhere. Worse than a Disney Resort. Not what you are looking for when on a couples getaway.

After one day the beach is horrible. The sea weed across the entire beach in mounds . When I stayed here before they kept the beach clean . Either lazy or they don’t care . In my bathroom there is a 2 foot tub wall to step over to get in the tub with no handle to hold . The process to get a dinner reservation is ridiculous, I used to go to the concierge and handle all of it there instead of walking to all of the restaurants at 8 in the morning to scan the code.
