Awesome customer service.
Floor #1 had a musty scent.

I loved the restaurants and service at the pool. The rooms are soooo nice! Everyone was very friendly.
On the balcony, the chairs need an ottoman, or they need to be lounges. A walk up taco bar would have been great. Maybe some more music, at the prefferred pool and sky bar. Got a little confused finding my way around, the decor was similar in every building. Sometimes service at the restaurants was a little slow.

Nice decor, good location, wonderful staff.
Constant sales pitch, insanely overpriced spa, and there was an issue with both rooms we had (we had to move from our first one)
