Royal Solaris Cancun - All Inclusive

I have stayed at this resort twice now, and overall we had another wonderful vacation. There have been noticeable improvements in cleanliness and the quality of the food, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to give a special mention to the entertainment team, especially Suleica and Gio. They are absolutely incredible—friendly, energetic, professional, and they truly make the guest experience memorable.

The only area that really needs improvement is the service in the restaurants. Unfortunately, many of the servers came across as arrogant and seemed to provide better service only when they expected tips. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere during our meals, and we often felt pressured rather than welcomed. Hospitality should be warm and consistent for every guest, regardless of tipping. Despite this issue, we still enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. I hope the management addresses the restaurant service, as it would make the experience truly exceptional.

I loved being so close to the beach, just steps away, I loved the pool bar and the pool and the snack bars around the pool and the music. The events at night are nice and fun, the area is perfect, it’s nice and clean.

The ac in the room could have been colder, the shower water would turn hot and cold randomly, the buffet food could be better tasting.

My stay was wonderful, the staff is amazing and really go on and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable

Connecting rooms you can hear everything next door so not much privacy. Second time here and preferred having the lunch buffet option inside the dining hall inside of just the pool and outdoor area only

The location. The staff was great! Antonio the waiter was excellent.

The Food was not great! hot items were not hot.
