The staff were so attentive in every thing specially in the palapa buffet, the food was good and plenty of food to choose from.
Just that i got the room till 4 because it was not yet clean and that on the check in day you can only conect to wifi after 5 pm

The location, which was on the beach. The staff worked hard to ensure all guests were looked after. Family-friendly hotel, the food was good. The swimming pools were large and there's an adult pool on the 2nd floor..
It's a tired hotel, could do with an upgrade. Also, the check-in system needs to be improved as there are long queues and long waits.

Such a beautiful Resort, so many things to do. One of the best I have been to, so many pools to choose from and I love that all of the rooms give you a beach view. The food were also great, I celebrated my Birthday there and it was beautiful.
Only 1 elevator was working mostly and for the amount of floors and Guest, it really do take some time to get to your room or to the lobby.

The people around the resort were nice and try to assist.
The place is outdated, food was very bad and the front desk not very friendly.
