perfect location and an amazing view’ Food is ok as well as the staff weren’t as welcoming. as some other resorts. However I would still recommend.

Secrets Mirabel is a really pretty brand new spot, and honestly the staff here are wonderful. Massive shoutout to Victor in the jewelry shop. He was so friendly and helpful, and he helped my partner and me pick out a really nice piece to remember our trip!
That being said, if you’ve stayed at other luxury resorts in Mexico, this one falls short. It’s a lot smaller than it looks, and it feels like you’re constantly being nickel-and-dimed.
Our package literally said "free upgrade," but when we got there it was all sales tactics to get us to pay out of pocket for a better room. It’s very much set up so that unless you pay extra for the Preferred status, you're treated like a second-class guest. Plus, their "packages" for things like the spa and dinner experiences is not quite a deal.
The beach was also a letdown. Although its accessible and easy to get too, it's on a mini hill, you have to walk down a big dip to get to it, and the water and sand were full of seaweed. Every other resort I’ve been to in Mexico cleans the beach daily to keep it nice for guests, but they just left it here.
Overall, the staff were great, but between the sales pushes and the lack of beach maintenance, it definitely didn't feel like the luxury vacation it promised to be.
