This was the best resort i’ve ever stayed in. Was a perfect balance of calm, relaxing, and fun. There is so many activities throughout the day and they are instructed by an amazing group of staff. The staff was always attentive and ensuring your trip is going as perfect as possible. Everything was SO clean, from the pools to the room. One concern I had for the property before going was the cleanliness of the jacuzzi. It was SPARKLING. Everything at this resort impressed me. Don’t get me started on the food. Go to La Brisas. I’ve stayed in multiple resorts and none compared to the A la carte restaurants on this property. Which are fully included and unlimited. Speaking of fully included and unlimited, room service, and it was actually good. One of the best things I ate while here was the room service chicken quesadilla, which was available no where else. Macrame activity was the best, but make sure you reserve it early that day. So many great things to say about this resort. Want to try other resorts around cancun but I don’t know if I can anymore now that i’ve been here.

children care was amazing, food was okay- resturants weren't always open. buffet was closed certain days which was a surprise to us. other than that food was great and staff was excellent. i did order room service and never recieved my food...
