So I love the fact there were bottle waters in the bathroom (for brushing my teeth). Stephany in the RoMarley restaurant was a SWEET heart Diego made my birthday BEYOND special. The breakfast is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Ask for Ceasar he was also a great waiter. Everyone was very attentive!

We spent a week here (family of 4 with 2 adult children). It was the most relaxing resort stay of my life and I can't say enough about the staff, location and smooth operation of the entire business!
Our 2 rooms (one with ocean view) exceeded our expectations, as did the cleanliness, food and attentive but not overbearing service.
The all-inclusive package was well worth it for us and the food was fresh, healthy and delicious. The 2 Mexican banquet buffets were fun with games and live music.
The resort is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops on the port side of Puerto Morelos as well, making it an ideal location.
Shout out to Eduardo in the Ro Marley restaurant and Noie in the spa for going above and beyond and also encouraging our Spanish language skills!

Extremely high value for money. Great little hotel with personal service. Cute village. Highly recommend. Great breakfast.
Only minus the very looong wait to get the food at all times.
