Property was beautiful and staff was excellent. The room was gorgeous. Only downfall: a strong scent as you enter the main buffet. Quite overwhelming at first.

Great staff everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Some minor surface stuff but nothing to major we had the swim out room and it was everything we wanted.

Clean resort.. friendly staff… seen better nighty entertainment - they need a stage- very hard to see, too crowded with people standing up so could not enjoy anything, food was good.. entertainment in the pool area was good

i have only one bad experience where one of there staff at pool bar not on pool side behind the pool young guy was so rude and whos only give response the girl first and even i was on that line to get my drink and i am very disappointed with his bad behavior. i strongly recommended to Royalton Rivera had to take some action and do some training to youg bar surver..
