Didn’t have hand soap or water in the room. Wish it was easier to find them. Shouldn’t have cups in the bathroom. Put in the kitchen

The very friendly staff was probably the only good thing about the experience. The room was clean but the hallways outside the rooms smelled horrible and had dingy stains everywhere. We had no hot water or soap at all in our room and the walls are super thin because 2 mornings in a row I could hear people's alarms on their phones going off in completely different rooms for a solid 30 minutes before they were turned off. Not the hotels fault that some guests are inconsiderate but it speaks to the quality of the hotel when you can hear other guests that well especially odd hours of the morning. My brother also has a separate suite at the same time and his microwave was broken. Again the hotel staff was friendly and helpful but not sure I would stay here again.

I hate to review this stay, but I'm stating my TRUTH. 1. Travel day: Upon traveling, I've tried calling the front desk numerous times to let them know I would be arriving later than expected. I had to contact the national number, and that took a while for the representative to inform the desk of my later arrival time. Awful. 2. Upon arrival, I noticed I would be on the 1st floor. I asked for a higher floor level, as I'm not comfortable as a solo traveler on the base floor. I was told matter-of-factly with no empathy that there was nothing they could do as housekeeping only cleaned a certain number of rooms that day. Didn't offer any solutions or notes to possibly move my room the next day or anything. 3. On day 2, being an "extended stay" hotel with a mini-kitchen, I asked about the cooking utensils. Little did I know they don't offer anything, "People bring their own". How is that possible if someone is flying from another state? I'm not bringing my kitchen from home. 4. My room key didn't work on day 1 of a 3 day stay. I went to the same clerk from the night prior. With a strange man, I would guess another guest was at the desk, and the clerk announced my room number, aloud...LOUDLY. Why would you do that, when less than 24 hours ago I told you I was uneasy about staying on the first floor? 5. My room key again didn't work on the 2nd day. Thankful I checked out on the 3rd day! The only bright moment was with Tierra! She smiled and was welcoming! She was the best!

I was very disappointed in this stay. Our room was not clean, the bathroom was dirty and there was blood on the toilet seat and garbage in the trash can. The sheets were stained with something that had been spilled (pink) on the pillowcase and sheet. The cooktop was covered in grease. I went down to the front desk after check-in and told the clerk, but they didn't do anything but tell me housekeeping was not available at that time - no offer to change rooms or refund my stay (literally went down right after check-in). The front desk employee handed me a bottle of window cleaner and a rag to clean the toilet and cooktop. I did clean up the room myself, but then checked out that evening anyway because I didn't want to sleep in the bed on the sheets that obviously had not been changed. I was not offered any compensation, refund or another room - very poor customer service for this industry! I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I would like to express my gratitude for the accommodation provided during my stay from October 17th to October 21st, 2024. Despite initial concerns based on reviews, I was reassured by the hotel staff that everything would be satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find that the housekeeping and front desk services were excellent, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. While there was a lack of pots and pans in the room, I was prepared for this and brought my own. The management team was very accommodating and allowed us to extend our stay by an hour, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I am happy with my stay and grateful for the support provided during a difficult time as I was visiting for my brother's funeral.

We loved the mini-kitchen, especially given the very reasonable rate for one night. The room was well lit, which is not true of many hotels in this rice range. Our GPS could not find the hotel; it led us to 1789 and assumed that 1788 was across the street, but 1788 is 2 blocks away.

This place is not where you want to be! Unorganized, elevator is broke a lot, no ice machine! To top off , I was booked for 2 nights I left , for awhile Saturday morning, came back, and all my stuff was taken, got clothes back but all my food in fridge and top of cupboard were gone! All 3 rooms i was checked in to had something wrong 1st room lights burnt out/ fridge jmakingmloud noises 2nd room still had people staying in it even though the computer said differently 3rd room light between bed and fridge light burned out. Fridge/freezer took hours to get cold.- sink in bathroom took forever to drain. Elevator door would not shut and had to use stairs multiple times, desk clerk said " guess i can put in a work order".. NO ice machine and you had to bring dirty towels to lobby for "exchange". God forbid ya need extras. NO breakfast , pool, or any other amenities offered even though they call it a suite style hotel Overall for the amount of money spent, this hotel was horrible. Ive paid less and had way better experiences then I did staying here. The front desk clerk that checked me in(Thusday evening)was the only positive about the experience. She apologized over and over for things that are not under her control(maintenance issues, computer issues and laziness of others) she even apologized again upon check out on Sunday Morning foe things not under her control. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

We had four people, two adults, two children and were only given two bath towels and two face cloths. My husband went down to the front desk and asked for more since we didn’t have enough. The front desk said that you need to bring back the towels we had before we were given more. I thought that was outrageous but after given both my children showers I went down to return the used towels to get more. The front desk said they didnt have anymore. They were in the dryer and to come back in 30 minutes. At this point it was 10:30pm and I didn’t want to wait until 11pm for more towels. So I ended up using a shirt as my towel. That night it got so hot in our room I woke up in sweat. Apparently the air conditioner only works if there is motion. So it wasn’t working while we were sleeping. This was a terrible experience. We were planning on staying there two nights but because of the awful experience we left a day early. I do not recommend this hotel.
