The hotel was super quiet The front desk workers were absolutely amazing, super nice and answered all of my questions The shower was CLEAN

The door to room 411 had a crack right under the handle that was a few inches long, and being very paranoid it had me a bit nervous during my stay. There were a couple things in the room that were dirty, like a bit of grease on one of the cabinet doors (specifically the left one right above the microwave), and a couple of the dishes were still dirty like the forks and a couple of the bowls. There was no sponge to do dishes with and as someone that cannot touch wet food without getting sick it made it to where I couldn’t wash my own dishes (I can’t use rags to do dishes as the texture freaks me out)

Breakfast wasn’t very good. Water didn’t taste good and there wasn’t any ice in the machine. Nothing I would complain about normally but thought I would mention in case these are important to someone. Everything else was very nice.

The shower was very slippery. The only handle was on the faucet end of the tub, which is not accessible when entering.

I enjoyed the Staybridge, and would definitely go there again.

The room was very spacious and clean. Much nicer than most hotels. The person who checked me in was very friendly. The breakfast area was large and comfortable.

The only thing i didn’t like wasn’t a big deal, but the bathroom door in our room made a loud noise when it was opened or closed, which was only a problem at night when someone else was sleeping.

A good location but poor execution.

I liked the pantry. I also liked how close it was to the bike trails.

I didn’t like the front lights seeping into my room. The curtains did not block the light very well and I had trouble sleeping. The breakfast was not out on time. By 7:00 the hot food was still not out so I gave up and checked out.

Great location and we have stayed there many times. Staff is very friendly.

Understanding that construction is disruptive, they could do a much better job of sectioning off the areas under construction. We had to enter by the back door with an elderly parent, and there was a lot of broken glass and construction debris all over the sidewalks. You also walk into the construction zone that is not at all Sectioned off and the back stairways were very messy with debris and construction, dust. Construction company should do a much better job of cleaning up after the days work and keeping the areas under construction walled or curtained off.

Room had a recent upgrade and was new feeling. Plenty of breakfast options.

Short-staffed- no one at desk when we came down at night for a snack from the store. Breakfast also experienced waits for coffee, plates, food. Biggest issue - fire sprinkler still taped closed from recent paint in our room! And we had to turn off the water to the toilet as it was running every 90 secs. Will be a nice hotel once they get the renovation done.

It’s undergoing some renovations downstairs. I wasn’t hanging out down there and couldn’t hear anything, so it didn’t bother me at all. Judging by how nice my room was, I’m sure the lobby will be beautiful when it’s done.

Skip the showers here…eww!

The tub backed up. We had to stand in dirty water while showering. We told the front desk. Nothing was done other than, “I’ll pass that info along.” We have still heard nothing back. Not acceptable. Will not return.

When a hotel is undergoing major renovations, visitors should be told in advance. Lobby was torn up, dust was everywhere. Elevators couldn’t be used one evening. It was VERY uncomfortable.

There are 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel that hold approximately a 2 foot by 2 foot bag that were disgustingly stained . We were on the 2nd floor and couldn't find any carts in the morning so had to carry all of our stuff down the stairs, 6 trips 😡 Would have used the elevator but that was broke down !!!!

They were remodeling and they put us directly u def a room they were working on and they starting working at 7:30 am waking everyone up. The pool and hot tub were not working and the breakfast person could not keep up with the food for people. It’s the worst experience I have ever had there and probably won’t be coming back. That’s not good since I am an IGA member.

A couple items needed to be repaired during our stay. The front door stuck and was very difficult to close. It was very pronounced and should have been taken care of prior to the room being occupied.
