Cushy stay in a recently renovated hotel.

I feel like this hotel was recently renovated. I couldn't believe I got a double room with a sofa and a kitchen with my Booking.com reservation. Everything was very clean and well appointed.

There was a light switch or two that didn't seem to go to anything.

Great room - large and clean with comfortable bed. Good location, quiet area but everything close by with a car.

Super clean, spacious rooms fully outfitted.

Communication with the property was poor. Telephone system was apparently out and management did not respond to email until our stay was completed. I needed to speak with the property prior to check in and came up empty!

Brief, but convenient and comfortable.

We'd been staying at one of the other properties nearby every 6 - 8 weeks for the past 2 years, but we've decided to switch as the other property was becoming a bit worn and staff service was spotty. We've stayed at other Hilton properties including Home2's and have always been satisfied. This was the right decision for us even at the slightly higher room rate.

If Hilton could find a way, it would be nice to receive Hilton points even if booked through another online service.

A clean, comfortable night's stay with all the amenities you typically expect in a good hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, and the offerings were plentiful. The location was a little awkward, as it is in the lobby. There were people sitting around waiting for others but not eating breakfast and it was taking up space from those trying to find a table to sit and eat properly.

While the hotel was in a very convenient location being just off I90, a couple of the other hotels right across the street were rather questionable. Passing right by the entrances, it was readily apparent that they "entertained" more of a local clientel who weren't there for a good night's sleep.

Great rooms with tons of space!

Our room was HUGE. Loved having space to spread out and the kitchenette too.

Breakfast was crazy on the morning of the eclipse which should have been anticipated and prepared for better. They refused to refill anymore food after 8:30am even though breakfast is advertised from 6-9am. There was an empty plastic water bottle in the decorative planters out front for our entire stay. I finally removed it myself but that should have been noticed and taken care of by the staff. Would have been nice to have a hot tub at the pool area. A way to stream to the TV’s would be nice too. Many hotels have a way to stream from your Netflix or Disney+ accounts at least.

Clean and pleasant stay

This hotel was very clean. Friendly employees. Easy right off the highway. Close to restaurants and shops. Parking was plentiful and easy even with a truck and trailer. Breakfast food options were nice. Two eggs options, turkey bacon, waffles and French toast. Continental options as well. Bagels, fruit, cereal, oatmeal.

Breakfast was decent but very crowded and not enough easy seating. We ended up taking our plates back to our room. Housekeeping was in the hallway at 8 am. Room took a long time to cool off. It was set to 75° when we checked in.

Family trip July 2023

The room and location.

Parking spots were so close together you could not open doors wide enough to get luggage out. No decaf coffee offered in lobby, only available in single serve cups in the room. Coffee served in the lobby was like drinking warm water, no flavor. Room rate was much higher than same room, same hotel chain that I stayed at in Saginaw. Pet rate also much higher than other Home2suites.
