Easy access off the interstate, well lit parking and lots of restaurants and gas stations near bye. Helpful and friendly Staff.

Staff being mistreated, chilly shower

Someone in housekeeping was loudly berating a staff member with the door wide open to the hall. The tone was inappropriate no matter the infraction, but even if it had been warranted, any disciplinary discussion should be conducted in private, not where guests and other staff can hear. My complaints below about the facilities are minor compared to how that worker was being treated. Hot water temperature was set too low and never warmed up; after driving all day, a chilly shower was deeply unpleasant. Not sure if it was from staff or a guest but there was such a strong smell of perfume in the lobby that I tasted it in the cup of tea I poured there and it gave my mom a headache. Breakfast options were slim and allergens weren’t clearly labeled. There were very few easy to reach outlets in the room, and not all of them worked. It was an annoying, slightly stressful juggling act to get everything plugged in, including my mom’s CPAP machine. I’m not super picky about things and have stayed at other Hampton Inns, but it was just one thing after another at this location.

Not the best place to stay.... kind of disappointed for a Hampton Inn.

Location was great.

Room was musty and smelled like Urine. Requested twice to be moved and it finally happened on the second night. My Wife could not sleep with the lousy smell. The breakfast was just ok. everything was cold. Cold coffee, cold food. Only hot item was the waffle.

The lobby and indoor pool areas were very nice and clean.

The breakfast was not good at all. There were no pastries and the the potatoes and eggs were not good at all. The sausage links were good. I thought the restroom in my unit was strange as it had a sliding door. The room was very small with no closet or dresser drawers. I expected more for the price and it being the Hampton.

I was quite pleased with the accommodations and the cost was appropriate.

Knowing I had a pet the front desk gave me a first floor room close to an exit; perfect location right off the Ohio Turnpike and plenty of close restaurants for dinner; very nice hot breakfast; the “welcome Joe” message on the TV was pretty cool; free WiFi; multiple firm/soft pillow

I have no real negatives, the hotel met my travel needs with my pet puppy quite well

Everything we ate was really good and variety was perfect as well. Something for everyone. Other guests seemed pleased as well. Definitely will be taking advantage of this perk on the next stay!

Didn’t affect me but, they ran out of a few things that were not able to be replaced, pretty early in the morning. Breakfast was still to be served for 2 more hours. Not sure how a place could ever plan for that though so again not a big deal.
