It was okay.

Rooms are indoors and it is a good location. Staff was very nice and friendly. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and it made it welcoming.

The room we stayed in was not carpeted. It was a nice hardwood floor, however it had been mopped with, assuming from the smell, dirty mop water. Also, our shoes kept sticking to the floor. The bathroom sink would not drain. It could have been wonderful if cleaned a little better and maintenance had been called.

EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY! NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!

The cost for kitchen facilities and two beds seemed to be a good value. It was also quiet even near the lobby.

Almost everything was bad or even horrible. There were no pots, plates, utensils, etc. in the kitchen. The breakfast was very minimal and even the coffee was ONLY available during breakfast. BTW: no coffee pot in the room. The worst was that we were not provided sheets for the pullout couch for our additional guests until we asked AND when we opened the couch up, there were two HUGE stains on the literal 4-inch thick mattress. IT WAS DISGUSTING! We had to pay for an upgraded room so our boys didn't have to sleep on that. Everything was dirty. We offered to clean ourselves and they said they couldn't share chemicals with guests. We even found someone's pants under the bed in our room. If they used better cleaning staff that regularly did a thorough job, and offered more perks (like 24/7 coffee), this could be a nice place.

It was a good location. Easy to get to and close to Toledo.

It wasn't very clean. Granted, I got a "pet" room, but the carpet had a few dirty spots and torn up areas, there was some kind of red stain in the freezer and someone tracked some white powder or dirt into the hallways (construction worker?) and it was there for days.

Very unhappy & displeased with this stay.

Location was excellent

The bathroom sink filled up with water didn’t drain. Let the guy at the front desk know he said give him 10 minutes he would come snake it never came. The people in the room above us was horrible the banged and made noise all night couldn’t sleep. Again told the man at the front desk he said he could move us but give him some time to figure it out. Needless to say the move never happened. I will never stay here again & wouldn’t suggest anyone else with service like that.

The location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not breakfast only Nutri-Grain bars. We stayed in a suite that had a kitchen and the cupboards were dirty. We did have to request the room amenities (coffee maker, toaster and kitchen appliances and utensils).

Perfect location. I had access to all freeways to get to any part of town that I needed to quickly and restaurants and stores for anything I needed.

The room smelled really bad and musty. We asked for another room, but they said they were full (with 10 cars on the parking lot). She promised to talk to the manager for refunds. Next day nobody talked to mananger and then they called him. Manager promised to give refunds and email us about it. Never got our money back and also no email. They ignore our messages.

NO ICE MAKER!!!!. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel without a ice maker. We had to buy a bag of ice from a local gas station. WHY??? Too much paperwork, they screened my drivers license! Never have I felt so uncomfortable checking in to a hotel. It was like I was getting a background check for security a clearance. NO Glasses in this huge room!

My Short stay spot

The staff was amazing. Friendly and accommodating. The manager listened to my complaints and said that he would discount my next stay.

The loud people above me, the bathroom sink faucet never became hot enough, there was no phone in the room, bed wasn't as comfortable as I thought it would be. The towels were very dingy like they were not clean. They tell you about the vending machine but there's a OUT OF ORDER sign on it. Overall it needs to be updated all the way around.
