Did not like the shower set up or toiletries. Looked very outdated.

Pleasant staff, clean rooms

It was a decent stay. Nothing more nothing less. Could use work in room cleanliness and honestly needs a bit of a renovation.

Needed a quick overnight stay in the middle of our weekend roadtrip. Check in was easy, room was clean, beds were comfy. Definitely would recommend!

The rooms were small, we could not get the bagage cart between the beds and furniture,

The carpet head stains I stayed there for four nights they was in the room the second day with clean towels more shampoo they never came back for the next 3 days and yes I left a tip on the first day but seems how they never came back I did not leave another one

Steve was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The condition of the facility, however, was very rundown. Worst aspect was that they advertise an EV charger, but it does not work. We were built for it nonetheless.

It was a ok stay, but the breakfast didn't start until 6:30, and I to be at work at 6am. The toilet ran quite a bit, the light at the sink was nice, but didn't put out much light!!

I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel at all costs. From the moment we checked in, the problems began. The key cards repeatedly failed, the door handles kept jamming. We got stuck inside our rooms, unable to open the door from the inside, several times. When we told the staff about it, they said, “you just have to wiggle it a bit.” The rooms were in unacceptable condition—dirty, bug-infested, and with ripped carpeting that looked like it hadn’t been replaced or even cleaned in decades. The food offered was equally disappointing, poorly prepared and unappetizing. On top of that, the air conditioning was so loud it made it nearly impossible to rest, and the building itself seemed plagued by mechanical issues. Most alarming of all, the exit door on the north side of the building was jammed, which is a serious fire hazard. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off twice during the night while we were sleeping, causing everyone to panic. With no clear way out and no reassurance from staff, it left us terrified and unable to get back to sleep. The fire department (Monclova Fire Station 91) showed up both times, but did not offer any peace of mind since two of the firefighters ignored me when I asked if it was safe to go back to our rooms. This place is not only uncomfortable—it is unsafe. Between the poor maintenance, health hazards, and dangerous safety violations, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not worth the value

It looked like the property was not updated in years. Very outdated, TV was horrible (with a text moving over the screen)

Door safety lock was broken. Toilet seat fastener was broken. Floor is heaved by the door making it very difficult to open all the way. Key cards worked intermittently. Bed sheets did not fit properly. Bathroom ceiling had mold growing on it. Walls shook anytime a door was closed. Overall, one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. We are in the area two to four times per year, and definitely will not select this one again.

This hotel was great!! Super clean! The pool was awesome! Not overly chlorinated and actually might have been salt water!! Would absolutely stay here again!!

I rented here because I wanted a charger for my EV. It just happens there was a 15$ charge to use it (really?), and it is ok for the convenience. But this unit was broken and I couldn't use it. Dissapointing. Building is old, but seems to be well maintained. The smell of marihuana everywhere was disturbing...(medical I know, a lot of sick guests tonight)

Everything was as expected for a cheaper night stay but the shower was kind of a bad experience. The shower head was broken and also with it being a roll in shower, water got all over the floor throughout the bathroom. Also did not drain down into the shower so it was pretty much a puddle in there the whole stay.

Good for one night.

Room was very clean! Safe, clean, great price, friendly staff, and hot shower. Would stay here again!

Very outdated

Arrived late but staff was great, I was even asked what floor I would like to stay on. We had a little hiccup at breakfast with the waffle batter but other then that, it was good. Dee was a great pleasure to speak with as well and a great help, seeing we went to breakfast near clean up.

Broken 2ndary lick on door. Old broken down lumpy beds and roaches. Close to highway. Only stayed one Night. More than enough. Breakfast just ok. Check out person nice.

I would advise anybody looking for a hotel, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They got bedbugs!!!Hallways smelt like weed and the elevator had us praying everytime we got on it. The worst experience of my life. I would advise anybody

The far end entrance door didn’t unlock and our first room door didn’t unlock. Staff was outstanding. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was adequate. Breakfast room was quaint. Great value for price. We would stay again.

Best front desk person I’ve had in decades. Very pleasant, cheerful, helpful! Would stay here again.
