Good for a person that wants to smoke in their room.

Location - lobby

The property is supposedly non smoking but a person started smoking a cigarette in the room next door and the smoke entered my room. I called the front desk but they said it happens a lot and didn’t offer to come up and investigate. The smoke was so bad in my room that my clothes smelled the next day. I’m allergic to smoke and had a hard time going to bed with the smoke in my room. This plus the piles of dirt in the corners and the holes in the bed covers and the small mattress pads that didn’t cover the stained mattress is why I would not stay there again.

Very Satisfied with my stay at Woodspring Suites

We were there for a soccer tournament. After nicely communication we got early check-in and late check-out FOR FREE. Definitely my little one got good rest and his team WON yesterday! Fantastic! If we have tournament schedule in pacesetter park again I will definitely stay there again! 20 minutes drive is not big deal.

Close to where I was visiting

lack of amenities, had to keep getting towels and met with not good attitudes. Apparently towels were to be brought down in a basket, but we didn’t have one. No ice machine, no conditioner. They kept saying we are an extended stay and give a mini stove however, there were no dishes or cooking ware. However, if you wanted it, you had to buy them

The outside is the nicest thing about this hotel.

The smell in the hallway is horrible and the first room had poop in the bathroom. The second room was better but the hot water did not work on either side of the dial in the shower and was not discovered until 6AM which resulted in a wash cloth sink bath since the sink did have hot water.

I didn’t like the fact it was four people in the room only was given two towels and washcloths after we turned the others in. Then was still given two only. There was no iron. The room never was refreshed the whole time we was there. Beds wasn’t comfortable and pillows was very flat even when folded.

I was not prepared for homeless, and contact with them. Knock on my door around 8pm; woman asking me to help her pick her husband up who had fallen out of bed. I had a wrist fracture so I told her no, suggesting she ask the desk help or call 911. the next morning, a Hospice nurse is outside their door on her phone, stating, “The problem is they haven’t picked a funeral home yet.” I knew he had died…two doors down! As I was looking for a trolley to push my belongings to my car(didn’t find it. desk attendant offered no help), the wife of the couple was doubled over the desk crying her eyes out! It will make me not pick an extended stay motel in the future. Also, handed my folio receipt for $144 total at check out. credit card has been billed for $25. $119 and $73. ??? very sketchy math. Called desk today and was told “wait 3-5 days for extra charges to come off”. They clearly explained $25 deposit at check in but not $44 over the quoted rate.. What is the purpose of that? Why didn’t they explain that at check-in? Also, I felt uncomfortable with them making a copy of my DL on arrival. I asked what happens to it and they said it would be shredded. It better be, but I have no way to verify.

Disappointing

Room was clean, bed was nice and high (I am a tall person with bad knees so this was nice).

Hotel was hard to find, had to drive around several times before it was found. Desk clerk not at front counter when I arrived. Waited at least 5 minutes for him to show up. Then he took exceptionally long time (over 20 minutes!) trying to check me in (computer issues or clerk issues, not sure which). When I got to room the lights and tv did not work, but heater was cranking out heat. Went back to front desk to inform clerk of this, he was very nice and put me in another room. Room was very small for a "suite". Only had 2 small pillows on bed, only 2 towels in bathroom. Shower curtain was hung very high, only skimmed top of tub, and when I took a shower the bathroom was flooded! Had to use all 2 towels to mop the floor, went back to first room and took those towels to help clean up the mess. Overall was a disappointing place and stay, although from online pictures it looked beautiful.

Confortable and warm.

The front desk supervisor, Tierra was professional and extremely helpful and was able to rectify a situation with the booking. It was Christmas Eve and the pipes were frozen solid at the house, the booking was an emergency, Tierra went above and beyond, her Manager was equally helpful with the matter. The property is priced right and the use of space in the rooms was great. The interior was modern and the television was bigger than many higher priced hotels. It was a good experience during a stressful time.

I would be nice if they had a breakfast bar and fitness.
