I booked 2 rooms for my staff whilst working in the area, they checked in, took pictures of of the blood/urine stained beds, moldy showers and hair in the beds and refused to stay, self check in and no one answering the helpline, still awaiting a refund...

Clean room except for a small amount of mould in the shower. Staffless. The area is very sketch especially at night I felt quit nervous locating the house in the street of derelict houses Biggest problem was the internal noise. The rooms have been converted without noise insulation. At one point I sneezed and the lady next door said bless you which did make me laugh

It was one of the worst experiences for me. I gave this rating just for whoever was answering the text otherwise it was horrible experience. The room was generally clean. The noise gosh that was bad you can hear people shouting and hitting the walls. There was a creepy man that made it worse for me I already reported him on text and the person on the phone said they will handle this. Which I appreciate but sadly it still made my stay awful.

The OYO Queens Quarter hotel was a good value and a convenient place to stay. The room was clean and we had what we needed. We were able to get around by bus and foot easily. There’s a variety of restaurants and take-away nearby, which we enjoyed.

Great kithen facilities. Comfy bed. Excellent cleaner who ensures high standards of cleanliness. The Hostle is warm, is welcoming and the staff and guest are friendly. A home from home hostle. Recommended.

Clean tidy room, very comfortable bed. Quite noisy at night from other guests and passing people outside. Bathroom very small but shower worked ok. No wifi and therefore no TV after first evening, reported to managers but still not available by the time we left.

Our stay was going great for a few days. However, the e-locks failed and we were locked out of hotel front door and room for over 6 hrs. The locks were finally taken off doors, leaving us no way to secure our belongings if we weren't in the room. We had to check out a day early and the owner said she would refund our locked out day & the day early we checked out. I have yet to receive our 2-night refund. I have spoken w Oyo Customer Service and owner and still nothing. I will probably have to eat this refund, but beware if you stay here and are unhappy for can't access your room you are out of luck. Really disappointed in this customer service.

Very basic accommodation, I suppose you get what you pay for and it was inexpensive for Belfast. Metal bedframe and lumpy mattress, scratchy bedclothes and a kettle which had to be boiled on the floor because of plug socket location. Noisy not from outside but from people coming back late at night and slamming doors then walking on creaking floors directly above, could also hear someone’s tv clearly. All said I had to try it out to find out and as mentioned it was inexpensive for a night in Belfast.

The property was clean; however, we received the wrong room number and walked into someone else’s sleeping quarters. The walls are very thin, so we heard whenever someone was coming or going. The community around the property is on the lower socioeconomic scale.

The hotel was nothing like its picture. I heard the couple in the next room talking like they were right next to me. Internet and tv did not work. No staff to ask questions. Cup supplied for water in room was dirty. Desk was broken with splintered wood showing. No where to charge phone. Window shade broken. Broken piece of flooring. Heater did not work. Bed was uncomfortable. Left in the morning and went to the hotel across the street and procured a decent room. I really think I should get my money back.

Great location, 15 min walk into central Belfast, local amenities lots of options and open late which was great Room was ok (room 5), walls really thin so take ear plugs to block out televisions and snorers Kitchen facilities limited, and smelt really damp. Needs a deep clean overall and if you leave food in the fridge it is at your own risk, ours was stolen on the first night.

Uncomfortable bed; springs coming out of mattress, extremely small bathroom, no fan or air conditioning, smoke lingers from other rooms & from outside, no real employees at location, poor management, kettle in the room did not work, terribly kept kitchen (no pans, no silverware, no paper towels) literally no function to the kitchen except fridge & microwave. I texted with an off site employee for pans and was told the oven does not work. I would NOT recommend staying here unless absolutely desperate and had no where else to go... if I wasn't overly exhausted, I truly would've asked for a refund and stayed across the street at the holiday inn express. In addition to all of these inconveniences the room that was marketed to me looked nothing like the pictures.. I mean NOTHING! The sitting area was very run down. This was not an easy stay

I needed to stay 1 night in Belfast, it was a great place to stay for my needs. I was a bit stressed with my door keypad because it showed a lower power symbol and I was worried I'd be locked out. I quite enjoyed my stay, bed was decent, my favorite thing was the shower was small but so relaxing. I was only in the room for about 12 hours, most of them sleeping. I slept well so no complaints there. However there was a few stains on things like the towels, but nothing that made me not wanna use them. Maybe weird for a review but give me my desk and my pc, and I could live there, like it had all the essentials of a bedroom environment. It was like staying at home without my personal belongings. Will stay again if I ever need a place to stay in Belfast.

Stayed in room 9 was fine on top floor ,stairs to vlimb room was adequate. Plug socket in wrong place,no sockets by bed. Shower was ok very slippery so be careful. Bed was comfortable Ensure you read you entry email clearly.

The room was confortable with everything needed. I expecially appreciated the fully equipped coffe/tea corner. Excellent position, close to the universy quarters with lots of pubs/restaurants/cafes/parks and a short walk to the city centre. The only suggestions I can give is to have a more confortable mattress and to oil the bathroom door that screeches noisily.

I would give a higher rating as I generally had no problem with the hotel.....but they need to shore up their self check in process as i was emailed the wrong room number and my access code worked to open the door. This led to myself and child walking in on a woman who was in the shower. I will say that the staff answered the contact number right away and quickly resolved the issue but it was still extremely awkward.

Stayed for one night and glad we didn't have to stay longer. The check-in process and all the pre-check-in admin was genuinely awful - so much pointless bureaucracy and identity verification, just to receive the entrance code for a one-night stay in a dark and inhuman building with no other people. The code didn't work at first, as they sent me three different possible codes. All of this stress could have been avoided if the hotel could be bothered to employ an actual staff member to meet the guests. The whole experience seemed like everything that is wrong with modern tourism - geared towards cutting every possible cost (staff, decor, customer service) in order to focus on profit.

Stayed in Room 2, and the experience was far from comfortable. By 5 AM, the heater started making a loud noise, waking me up. With no call service option, I had to endure it until I finally managed to switch it off after multiple attempts, leaving me to sleep in the cold. The bed could be better, and overall, the room felt cheap. I understand it’s a budget-friendly option, but compared to places like Travelodge at a similar price, this fell short in terms of quality and comfort. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.

Stayed here on Saturday night the room was absolutely freezing the place wouldn’t no how to put the heating on there was people making nose all night then went to go get a shower it flooded out my whole room accusing to slip anyway wake up next morning but late walks out my room 2 of the staff said that I owed them more money for staying about over time I said I’m not paying over my experience no heating and shower peeking Whitchurch is a hazard she said that I did it! And told me to get outside and all the man of the place was so cheecky said we wasn’t getting our money back never seen worse in all my life!!!
