Hot baths amazing. We were in a Western-Japanese style room. Huge space and beautiful views of mountains from the room.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The onsen is lovely, clean and warm. It is an easy walk to the Hakone Open Air Museum which is fantastic. I would definitely stay again.

Comfy bedding. Dinner wasn’t too bad however child meal was bit boring and we ordered another meal for kid. Overall was good hotel to stay.
