Outstanding value and ambiance. The dinner and breakfast were equally excellent in quality and quantity. The property is somewhat secluded but it makes for a very peaceful retreat. There is a great brewery just a 10 min walk down the road.

Very friendly staff, magical place and close to train and bus stops so you can travel around Hakone really easily!

Comfy bedding. Dinner wasn’t too bad however child meal was bit boring and we ordered another meal for kid. Overall was good hotel to stay.
