We enjoyed a lovely stay here. The room and bathroom were very fresh and clean. The atmosphere is very calming and the staff were kind and thoughtful. The staff took care about our meals (we are vegetarians). The Ryokan experience was very nice.

The location was perfect, the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good.
The price, it was too expensive for what we had. Shared bathroom was not ideal for our private room.

Breakfast was nice but had little choice , evening meal lacked flavour & content.

The location is excellent! Having an onsen on site is as special and much appreciated. Breakfast was great!
The mattresses seemed a bit too firm for me, but it’s a personal preference
