Very disappointed with this stay. The staff checking us in was very kind and welcoming. However, the pictures did not match the room that we were given. There was an underlying smoke smell, although the hotel is non-smoking. Someone was smoking weed around 10pm - smell engulfed our room. There was no pet area for dog to use the bathroom, although hotel is dog friendly. The window curtains were stained. The shower was gross and very small - barely fitting my 6’1 husband. It was very dingy and disappointing.

I wanted cheap and that’s what I got. The motel charges a $25 non refundable pet fee. The rooms are poorly maintained-the fixtures in the bathroom are falling off of the wall, there are large clumps of drywall/unsanded patchwork, and the shower has dark mold spots. The walls are paper thin and kept up all night with sounds of people coming and going. The receptionist was very cold and had no hospitality. Overall, it was a horrible experience and we will not be staying here ever again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt safe. This was an amazing Inn. The owner is very nice. Very decent room. I liked it a lot. I would definitely be staying here again. A very nice room at a reasonable rate and right down the street from our concert venue (The Siren). Check in was easy and the bed was very comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was very average at best. On par for the price though, it was one of the lower cost options in downtown Morro Bay. We only stayed for 1 night and didn't need anything luxurious. It's walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, coffee. Nothing special, but not terrible either.
