The staff was excellent! Besides very good service, the staff went above and beyond. My wife and I stayed there for a week for my mother's funeral. They heard about the funeral and gave us a very nice card signed by the staff.

The only thing I could find out of place about the room was there was about a 6-in blood spot on the floor other than that the room was absolutely immaculate hotel is well taken care of staff was so polite and helpful location was very good a lot of shopping and things to do all in all my experience was a five

The hotel was illequipped for people to actually stay there. The rooms booked were not available and they blamed it on 3rd party booking companies such as hotels.com or Expedia etc. The pool was closed due to the staff not being able to figure out the chemicals. The entire stat was highly disappointing.

Everything was great except the bed. It was awful. We drove in to see family and were already tired and didn’t inform the front desk. My wife slept on the sofa. The manager said she could not do anything to help, when we checked out due to it being Expedia paying them. Otherwise she would have comped the room for the issue.

Great Stay. Recommend highly for people with small dogs. Got a room next to the back exit where the dog walk was and where I could park my truck and not have to walk my dog through the lobby, she is small and sometimes barks at people. Our stay at the Residence Inn was truly outstanding, thanks to the exceptional team who went above and beyond to make our visit special. Jackson at check-in made the entire process seamless and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for our stay with his caring demeanor and attention to detail. Kayla and her manager with the cleaning staff were incredible—so accommodating and thoughtful! Their attention to detail made us feel right at home, and the kids were absolutely thrilled they also tidied their fort they worked so hard on without destroying it! Breakfast was a standout experience, thanks to Josh and Chad. They worked seamlessly as a team to ensure everything was clean, well-stocked, and inviting. Their interactive and friendly approach added such a positive touch to our mornings. Jennifer tied it all together with her exceptional leadership and kindness. Her bubbly and happy personality made us feel so cared for, and she made a point to praise her team, which speaks volumes about her leadership. We loved our experience so much that we canceled a reservation for our next trip at another hotel just to book here again. The Residence Inn team truly set the bar for exceptional hospitality!

Jennifer and Jackson once again provided exceptional service—welcoming us back like family and ensuring everything was perfect from the moment we walked in. Jennifer’s leadership and enthusiasm continue to shine, and Jackson’s seamless check-in process made us feel right at home. This time, we were especially impressed by Josh and Chad at breakfast. Their teamwork is impeccable—they kept everything spotless and fully stocked, no matter how busy it got. They were friendly and interactive, going out of their way to make sure every guest was taken care of. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and their efforts made breakfast one of the highlights of our stay. The consistency and dedication of the team here make this hotel a true gem. We’ll definitely be returning again!

Nicole at the front desk was amazing during check-in on Friday afternoon! The room just seemed a bit run down and underwhelming. Needed more toilet paper on Saturday morning, called the front desk to ask for more after looking everywhere in the room for more. The lady at the desk rushed to get me off the phone and told me that the cleaning staff was busy and I could come to the desk and get some or would have to wait if I wanted it brought to the room. Seemed very short.

For people with pets only Warning: "Not Recommended." Just came from a residence in in NC. Dog friendly. Great room, first floor next to door with dog bags and trash can. No charge for dog. Got to Residence Inn in Beavercreek, got charged $100 nonrefundable for one night for a dog under 15 lbs. Put me on the third floor next to lobby elevator. Took dog outside not only no bags no trash can. Went next door to store with outside garbage can. Did not want to put in the lobby trash. Last time there for us. Mark, Naperville IL

Was here to see my son. The front desk was rude and very unfriendly at check in. The room smelled couch uncomfortable to even sit on and the coffee maker was very small for the full kitchen. And the pet area was a land mine because of fur parents not picking up after their dogs.
