Convenient hotel for Dayton, Beavercreek, Fairborn, etc. Very comfortable!

This was a very convenient hotel for the Fairborn and Beavercreek areas. It is also a close distance to downtown Dayton. Free parking. The building us undergoing renovations, which is a good thing! The beds & pillows were super comfy, and the bathroom had a large counter and good water pressure.

Nothing really, it met my expectations! And now it's asking me to write two or three sentences but seriously it was a solid hotel. Um ok I don't like walnuts in my cookies if I'm honest. And the hallways smelled like paint (you know, due to the aforementioned renovations). I'm sure that's better by now.

The lighting in the bathroom is horrible. Not good at all for applying makeup, shaving, etc. dark in the shower area Lighting in the main room also too dark for applying makeup.

Only thing i liked was the bed.

I didn’t like how my lady couldn’t take a shower in the morning and we wasn’t able to flush the toilet or use both sides of the sink water,because they said it was workers outside doing construction work on the building,woke us early in the morning with loud construction noises,I have everything on tape, the night was coo but when we woke up it was awful.

The proximity to a lot of restaurants and other activities

I stayed at Holiday inn a lot and I never had to have a voucher to eat the breakfast I went down there and was embarrassed because when I picked up my plate the lady said where's your voucher and I didn't have one I didn't know that you needed about her and then the desk the guy at the desk said well when you booked the room you should have paid for the breakfast on the website

A comfortable hotel for a short stay.

Super friendly staff and beds were quite comfortable. Very clean hotel and didn’t smell of smoke or animals.

The tvs were way too small by todays standards. The breakfast was good but the selection as limited for the price. Not everyone likes melon for breakfast. Serve some bananas and offer some flavored coffee creamers for coffee drinkers.

We had a horrible experience! The hotel did not have our reservation and would not accept our confirmation number. They were not able to work with us at all. We traveled in town for our grandsons graduation.

We did not have a good experience. We were given 3 different rooms before we finally got the correct room. When we entered the correct room finally, there was no toilet paper and a dirty, hairy bathroom shower. Not happy with our experience with Holiday Inn.

Excellent place to stay.

The Facility was absolutely beautiful. Mathew went above and beyond to make sure my check-in was great. He was super friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet.

There was trash on the floor from a previous guest and the sink wasn't cleaned properly. Housekeeping could have been done a little bit better.

We highly recommend this hotel!

My husband and I traveled to Fairborn for a concert yesterday and booked the Holiday Inn. The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to restaurants and the Wright University Nutter Center. The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous which is rare these days. The overall aesthetics were very nice. Our room was very clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good, and Amy, the waitress, was attentive and very friendly. We met the manager during our stay and complimented her staff and she was very nice as well. we would definitely stay there again. We travel often and we give this hotel an A+!

Great location if attending Nutter Center

The location was within walking distance to the Nutter Center, where my wife and I attended a concert! It had a bar/restaurant in the lobby. Food was a bit overpriced, so we didn't eat. But still was a nice little area.

No continental breakfast, but breakfast was served for $11 a person. Not the best breakfast for the price.
