Terrible, would not recommend

Rooms were clean

The beds felt like concrete and the staff were in the hallway all night, long yelling back-and-forth talking to each each other up and down the hallway, cleaning rooms and slamming doors. Then they were very rude when I checked out & did not ask how was my stay, etc. now I know why the parking lot was completely empty.

Excellent Value on Weekdays; Not So Much of Weekends

Rooms were spacious & clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent with warm & cold choices. Coffee was also good. The value was especially good on Thurs night; not as good a value on Fri night.

The auto-activation on the lights in the bathroom. If you had to get up during the night, the last thing you want is an intense blast of light. The staff didn' know how to deactivate it either.

Staff could have been nice. Toilet overflowed. Staff said she didn't know how to plunge the toilet and Would have to wait until a man arrived she also blamed me for using too much toilet paper and might not let me stay there again. My stay was a nightmare!

It was a decent place with a hot breakfast with very little customer service.

It was clean and the breakfast food was hot. Coffee was good. When we checked in, he wasn’t friendly but wasn’t rude.

The room had a weird smell and a constant hum. Some of the outlets didn’t work including turning on a lamp. There were 3 employees that were having a lively “discussion” in the lobby while we ate breakfast and it continued for over an hour until we had packed up to leave. There was no breakfast attendant or anyone to ask about the waffle machine that needed cooking spray.

Excellent Stay

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the stay and loved being cross from the Army Base. I will stay here again. The rooms were great, and the breakfast was great.

Cheap and functional place to stay.

Wheelchair accessibly could be better. The only curb cut is nowhere near the front door and the way to the door was partially obstructed by a crate being delivered

Meet needs and would recommend

No frills but clean with a microwave and fridge. For a couple of nights it met my needs and was well worth the cost

Fitness center was a small treadmill and a weight bench with a couple of barbells. IT wa pretty underwhelming. A bettre quality treadmill would have been nice

We were surprised and pleased with our stay.

we were genuinely impressed with the cleanliness and the layout of the room. The breakfast was real eggs, sausage and waffles--not frozen and reheated.

The location was 4 miles away from I-70, and it was a very small town feeling.

PLEASE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

This has to be one of the most horriblest hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff rude, not attentive, never can be found, sleep on the job. The bathrooms had hair in them. They cleaned them but it was hair in the cracks, the showers, and floors in areas. Breakfast was nasty. Items were out they didnt what to refiil them. The Wafffle machine broke, no juice, not cleaned. There were people that lived in the hotel. The owners as well. Kids cryin at 7am when asked if they could quiet down they got louder. The hotel gets a ZERO star from me & I had 3 rooms. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast was good but the same every day. Location was good.

Room was not as clean as I would expect. No shampoo. Minimal soap. No maid service in our time there. Staff was blasé. Details to the room lacked. Found cockroaches in bathroom. Breakfast was good but the hot food never varied in three days.
