I picked this hotel for it's location, and the location did not disappoint.

I liked that the location shared a parking lot with food and beverage facilities so that I could walk to get them instead of having to drive. I also liked that if I did need to drive, everything I needed was very close by, including a large shopping mall, breakfast place, and a car wash. I also liked the tv in our room, it had a very clear picture and decent sound quality.

I didn't like that there were stained sheets on the bed, the mechanism that would have held the door open was completely broken off the door, and made a very loud banging noise if you tried to open the door more than half way. I also wasn't the biggest fan of their luggage carts as the wheels did not completely work, the metal work was loose, and they were incredibly noisy. We did not see housekeeping not once during our stay, and when we were checking in I was told quite promptly that I could check in on my phone. This was also said in such a way that heavily implied I was bothering the young man behind the counter.

I would highly recommend this property again

Reception was nice, welcoming, very professional, but as a front desk receptionist, she gave no warm friendly greeting, no smile mold. She was great text messing me if I needed anything let her know. Only issue, the ironing board kept collapsing, iron drop, hassard traveling with small children.. The property was great safe location to shopping and restaurants . I will definitely select this facility in the future

I loved everything about the stay. rooms were super clean and nice. Staff was great to work with. Wife and Kiddo had a blast staying there.

It was short but very pleasant stay.

Perfect location. Bar and restaurant. Also breakfast can be included which is awesome. Great customer service - especially bartender Corey. Clean hotel for a very decent price.

Not that we didnt like, but breakfast set up could be done in easier way. Instead of servers taking orders you should let people go and order whatever they want. Stuff is very friendly and helpful so they could just come around and ask if anything else is needed.

The room was not maintained. Formica was missing or chipped. Tile around the tub needs replaced. The tub has a large chip and it was painted over…… not of Hilton quality. The sink stopper was not working and had to be unscrewed to drain showing collected hair.

Cold hot tub double charge for the room

Nice clean room

The hot tub was cold the pool was ice cold fitness center had broken equipment and I got double charged for my room told I can't get it back for a couple days they say that's just what they do as a hotel I told him it was wrong. That's just taking advantage of people.

Not worth the price

Room was humid. Window air conditioner was very loud, especially at night. Each of three days the breakfast servers gave different info on what was and was not included with our breakfast that we booked with the room. The workout room has three treadmills which are all broken. One day we came back to the room and it had not been made up, but the tip I left had been taken. I was overcharged when I checked out and had to pull up my booking on my phone to get the correct price. We stayed three nights and thought we would spend more and enjoy it, but it was no better than some much less expensive hotels.

We had to wait and be helped for 30 minutes as soon as we TRIED to check in because THEIR system wasn’t doing the right

I liked the things that actually worked.

Everything was literally out of order. Hot tub, every ice maker, every vending machine (on every floor might i add), and half of the fitness center machines were out of order. Not to mention, we got locked out several times because the key card machines barely worked.

False advertising

The food, bar, and staff were great.

The jacuzzi was broken and the exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work. Also, booking.com sold us a king room with doors that shut to separate living area and we paid more for this room due to having a teenager. When we arrived the hotel informed us they do not even have a room that the pictures show and said booking.com booked is for a king bed with a sleeper sofa right next to it. One small room. Had we would have known this we wod have obviously booked 2 queen beds instead. The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable.

We liked the ability to order breakfast without leaving the Hotel. The Hotel and room were very clean and maintained. All of the staff were very pleasant and courteous.

Our only disappointment was the room size vs the rate.
