Was ok until a group of people flooded the lobby and had the trash cans over flowing with beer cans. Beer cans were everywhere and children were running around throughout the hotel yelling, even on the 4th floor where we stayed. It was NOT the pleasant, peaceful place we had hoped for. Staff did nothing to quiet the kids down and stop them from running in the halls. Very disappointed in the stay here.

There were a few issues. The floor was dirty in the hallway and in front of the toilet. There are two blinds on the big window. The blind next to the glass would not move. When the Sun came up, it filled my room with light and I could not sleep. The sheets were not put on the bed correctly. But these were all minor but you should correct them. I plan on staying there in the future. Its a good value.

Everything was great about our stay and we definitely stay here again when we are back in the area! Very friendly staff, especially Steven, who checked us in! Breakfast had a good variety and was kept well stocked. Fitness room was clean and well equipped. The common area was perfect for visiting with our family from the area with games provided!

Great hotel for families. Very kid friendly, loved the food/drink options available at hotel and all the staff were working really hard to keep that place looking great, even when it was sold out! Highly recommend if you’re traveling with kids!

Everhthing was great but a minor complaint is the breakfast. Most hotels offer potatoes as a breakfast option. We had some people with dietary constraints in our family so it would have been nice if there were some more options (gluten free,dairy alternative,etc).
