My stay was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good overall. Eggs, oatmeal, bread choices were all good. The sausage was mediocre at best. Coffee was excellent.

Great Place to Stay in Dayton

We booked the room for Parent Weekend at the University of Dayton. It was very easy to get to from campus and an easy Uber back if needed. The staff was very friendly, easy check in and comfortable beds!

Clean room, good food, good location, but not good for getting to sleep at 11:00 p.m.

Breakfast were very good. Nice choices of food and it changed from day to day. Good location and parking.

Noisy. Friday night people were partying outside below our room until after midnight. Saturday night people directly above us were running in the room or jumping off the beds until after midnight. We complained to the front desk and it stopped for about 10 minutes then resumed until after midnight.

Staff was friendly and property was clean

They had a problem with there fire panel beeping, but the staff would apologize as soon as you would walk so no big deal. Always noise was only in the lobby

All in all, it was very nice. I would stay again if in the area.

Location was near many restaurants. Shopping was available if needed. Hotel was very clean and modern.

The breakfast was good, but if you came down during the last hour of service, fresh fruit was gone. Not refilled. Also, when checking in, and checking out, we had to wait for the desk person. Sign stating they had to step away. It was a good 10 minutes each time

Stay was pleasant. Room was clean. Mostly, all snacks were priced at $5.

Location was accessible to all the shopping centers and restaurants. I didn't partake of the available breakfast. My wife stated that the oatmeal was just okay.

Room were too modern...no closet and bed was not the traditional bed. No easy chair too relax in in the room.

The room was clean and the coffee was good.

Paying for it twice once thru booking.com and thru the hotel itself. The swimming pool was very small and jammed packed with kids so we couldn’t even try to get in it. The breakfast tasted horrible. The bed was hard.

The facility offered a lot of activities…pool, weight room, pool table, foosball and board games. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is included and it was pretty good.

Staff were super accommodating and friendly. Very sweet to our girls. All amenities were great, clean. Probably the most comfy hotel beds we’ve ever Slept in. Nice central location.

Only thing was few rowdy guests (mostly tween boys) but that’s not hotels fault!

I reserved a king bed. When I checked in at 4pm local they told me that there was not a king room for me. I reserved a king room specifically. I was disappointed. The staff was very uncooperative. I felt like they were discriminating against me. I am positive they could have made the change. The hotel was not full by the end of the day.

The front desk staff were awesome!! Super friendly!!! Agnes checked us out, and she was a pure joy. I would definitely stay here again. Stayed 3 months ago and had a great experience then too!!
