Bed was lumpy. Room was clean, but overall could use an upgrade. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful
At check-out only 1 staff member who seemed overwhelmed and a bit frustrated by shortage of staffing

Rooms seemed to be run down from our last visit a few years ago. Toilet not attached to floor. Soap dispenser fell off the wall.
