I didn't stay the night. I will never go back there again.

Destiny the front desk was very helpful. she went above to help me when I had the problem

the room was beyond nasty. As soon as you walked in you get hit with cat pee smell, then when I turned the light on roaches went running, there was animal feces on the floor. The bathroom had pubic hair in the shower and on the back of the toilet. The wallpaper was coming off the wall in the bathroom; there was white stuff on the bathroom floor. There were clothes behind the dresser along with some kind of paper sticking out of the bottom of the dresser (looked like it was to keep the dresser from moving). The fridge door had black stuff all over the handle and door. I did take pictures and showed Destiny (front desk lady)

Would not recommend

We had 2 rooms next to each other. The first room had a very strong odor and everything in the kitchenette felt sticky. The bathroom was dirty, there were whiskers in the sink and a used tissue in the trash. The pullout couch was broken and was stuck in a half open position so it could not be used as either a bed or couch. The 2nd room appeared cleaner but it also had a strange smell. Neither kitchenette had any cookware, dishes, etc. We canceled the rest of our stay and found an Airbnb. They would not refund our only night there (we arrived at 2am and checked out at 11am same morning and we were charged an entire night plus early check-in fee!)

Nothing was good about this place. We got into our room, saw the awful condition of everything, and left. We didn’t even stay here.

The whole place smells like smoke, the furniture is stained, floors are stained, it is very unclean and in need of a total remodel. This place is AWFUL and we left immediately.

When I got there, I wanted to make a cold drink, there is no ice machine, in the morning I wanted a hot cup of tea at 8 AM and the gentleman told me there was no hot water, the bathroom shower wall has mold on it

Location to Nutter Center

Waited 45min from traveling 8 hours computers where down . I asked to compensated at least for a day for my stay. The front desk associate was very friendly and she emailed her manager never heard back from her. The hotel needs a remodel bad .

In a great location, staff was nice, but the cleanliness of the hotel is horrible.

Smelly Room, I had to use my own bleach and scrub daddy to scrub the dirty tub ring out of the tub. On Sunday when I arrived, I informed them that my sink had a slow drain. It did not get fixed at all my tub drain slow on Thursday evening They came and fixed it. I checked out Friday morning..

I did not like the fact that Ford to be a decent property and great location to corporate offices the tub was very dirty. The carpet was stained and very dirty not to mention it smelled horrible. I don’t have any major complaints, but that’s concerning to me because I never knew what I was stepping in the allowed dogs so you don’t know if it’s dog urine dog poop it smelled so bad.

Okay but not great

It had lots of space, the ac worked great, location was very close to where we needed to be, able to book last minute.

It seemed to not have been cleaned. There was hairs in the shower and bath wash droplets still on the walls of the shower, there was a pee stain on the back of the toilet, the floors made our feet turn black with dirt. The hallway reaked of urine, one of the 2 staff we met at front desk came off as not wanting to do her job since we sat at the desk for about 2 minutes watching her sitting behind the wall doing nothing then finally said hello. She signed in annoyance then acted ticked she had to answer our question.

The hotel lot was littered with cigarette butts and bits of garbage. The dresser drawers in the room wouldn't stay closed. I do not think the bathroom was cleaned thoroughly.

It was absolutely filthy, extremely old, elevator barely works AND I was charged an EXTRA $100 deposit ON site that Booking did NOT mention in the description. Dead bugs on the floor in the hall and room.

Make sure they don't go in your room when you aren't there

Having a kitchen even tho there are 0 items it. Not even a coffee maker.

Due to my apartment being repaired I had to extend my stay daily due to finances. Was told by staff that they went into my room 3 different times when I wasn't there (after 7 days in and reservation booked daily) "just to see if I was still there", called before 10am on the last week to tell me to pay before noon because I was technically extending my stay but made me pay a pet fee of $27 daily even tho extending thru them only was $10 a day after 1st $27 pet fee. Told after 13 days there at 10:30pm that I had to leave next day because they aren't doing day by day anymore. They were aware of my situation from day 1.
