    The check-in was fast and the staff were great! Very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite large with a comfortable king bed. Breakfast was a limited hot breakfast. We are travelling with our cat and this was an excellent choice. Overall the hotel offered very good value for the money spent.

    Well, no coffee in our room nor was any kept in the lobby… so we went and bought some. The maid DID NOT clean our room, we asked her to come back while getting dressed for a funeral… she did NOT. We killed flies EVERY NIGHT. Where they were coming from, who knows. The dog across the hall barked all night. The bed was hard. The hotel had only one very small dollie to carry luggage/clothes so we made several trips up and down. SOME IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED, but most of all the desk clerks were not nice!

    Sheets felt like paper towels, hallway and room were hot as heck, pool was a salt water pool that they treat extremely heavily without letting guests who want to swim know (20 minutes after it’s been treated but we were not informed even after asking about the hours). Staff was slow; went down for something and stood for 15 minutes, rang bell 3x, still nothing so I gave up. My kids eyes were burning so bad from the pool we had to rinse them under the faucet multiple times and they were bloodshot all night. Milk was spoiled (not out of date but left out) when we went to get breakfast. Told the front desk worker who claimed someone else had already complained about it (but it was still in the small refrigerator?). One of the kitchen staff took a drink of the cup I handed them to smell and said “tastes fine to me”. Yuck. I would’ve rather spent the $30 more it would’ve taken for the Hilton down the road. I know better for next time.

    Could hear other patrons next door. Housekeeping starting vacuuming at 9am - so no sleeping in. Unfortunately not a restful trip

    The place was infested with mice and roaches and when we addressed the issues and photos with management they blew us off. Said we had to go to customer cares because owner will not do nothing!! We were eating breakfast and mice ran across my son’s foot. I will say a mouse but someone said it was a rat. Then my daughter was in another room said she seen one run down the hallway. Went to get food before all of this and roaches was running across the counter!!!! We have photos of everything and have called Board of Health. Asked for beds to be made and fresh towels. Never happened. Staff said the was not allowed to hand them out. We asked for pool towels because none was there and had to use them for shower towel. I had 3 rooms booked there and my sister didn’t even check in because of how nasty it was and was not taking a chance in carrying bugs home with her!! My wedding guest all stated same issues and was very disappointed!! We had 10 rooms total and all the guests said the same exact thing. One took photos of what appeared as blood on the bed sheet. She and her family left and came slept on an air mattress on my floor. Very unacceptable!!!

    Within minutes our toilet was clogged. After they unclogged it, you could see a pink ring where it had not been cleaned in weeks. The door handle to our room was extremely loose. For the amount I paid for this room I had higher expectations. Would not return.
