The staff is amazing.They are doing everything they can to improve this property.However, loud noises,fights, constant cigarette smell, and some type of other smell Icould not identify from neighboring rooms, to the constant harassment of my dog not being able to walk around in the enclosed area made it less than ideal.They did clean the rooms.They did try to accommodate me when I asked to be moved.I don't think it's the people running it.It's just the condition of the hotel.Once the renovations are fully finished and they're able to vet better folks.I would stay here again

Based on the ratings I expected a different experience. This place overall was in very bad condition. The plaster was peeling off the walls and ceilings from water damage in the bedroom and bathroom. The floor was very sticky and the bed sheets had stains on them. Air conditioner was very old and loud. Couldn’t keep up with the demand. Many people seemed to live in this hotel. Staff was friendly….that was a positive.

We had a nice experience. Room was clean, nice location to where we were to park, and had everything we needed for a brief weekend stay. The only things we wished for were breakfast and a bit less noise. Alot of people seem to live here (perfectly fine) but they were constantly leaving the door open to the outside from the hall, outside yelling, or tailgating at all hours of the night. Again it wasn't a deal breaker, people have lives, but be thoughtful of that when you book if you are sensitive to noises. We would definitely stay here ago. We liked the staff and the cheap snacks for purchase in the lobby as well as proximity to stores/restaurants.

This hotel has been nicely restored and the staff is wonderful. I was able to use the good sized refrigerator and microwave to save money eating in my studio room, using dishes I brought with me. The linens are very fresh and the floors are excellent for reducing my dust allergies because they are not carpeted. The other guests were friendly and it was a completely happy and pleasant experience!

When you pull into the property, its a little jarring. The outside looks very broken down, there are alot of people hanging around outside. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean. Updates are needed but we were comfortable during our stay. There was one issue with towels. We had 2 towels per room. We registered 8 people. When we asked for a towel for each person, we were told to bring them the 4 dirty towels and we'd get 4 new towels. Not the most convenient process for that, but otherwise great stay.

All of the rooms wrecked of cigarette smoke on the walls, bed and bedding. Bedding was stained with blood and hotel staff had to come and change linens. However, the staff attempted to give us a blanket that was put on the floor while the bed linen was being changed. We had to point it out that the blanket needed to be replaced. We cleaned the rooms, bathroom, and microwave with our personal cleaning supplies.

We stayed three nights they didn’t change our sheets or give us fresh towels. The floor was dirty we had to sweep it ourselves. The lobby and the hallways smelled like dead animals. And the air conditioning barely worked

The location was good. Restaurants nearby. It was safe and quiet. Please don’t be hesitant because of how the outside looks. My room was GOOD. Large tv. New cabinets and counters. Refrigerator and microwave. I had an updated room and it was clean. I really liked how the room was presented. And it was cheap too. I would definitely stay again.
