Disappointing stay

We.could not get local channels on the TV, the plug did not work in the tub, the clock was not plugged in, the ice machine did not work, the eggs were cold. For the price that we paid we were very disappointed, the next time we come we will not be staying at this location.

Not worth the money.

The room was clean and the bed were comfortable. I am from Columbus, Ohio and it was funny that there were pics of downtown Columbus in the bathroom. .

The temp was set at 63 when we got there The room smelled funny. The carpet felt damp but that could have been because the room was so cold. The smell was in the room the whole stay which one night. I booked the room through Booking.com and I tried to get the room for $125 but that offer disappeared and I had to pay $189 + fees. The hotel had very few guests the night we were there so why did the offer go away? For $189 the room was not worth at all. The breakfast was just ok. We stayed there due to location and they allowed pets - $35 fee!

Good Price, Comfortable

The price was good, it was not the hotel I wanted. I wanted the comfort Inn over near the museum, the Air Force museum. But somehow they swapped me and put me into this one which was not the one I wanted and it was further away. It's obviously an older hotel that the owners are trying to refurbish and get back to going again, and they're doing a very good job but it's not enough.

It's the little things. Not having plates for breakfast, not having soap for the laundry. The smells. But that said, these people are very nice people and they're trying very hard to provide as best they can. It's not enough

Pleasant

The complimentary breakfast was our stays saving grace. They had a good selection and it was yummy. The staff were also very friendly and willing to help when we had an issue.

Our first room we went into had several broken items. The light fixtures above the door had the glass case missing, a bulb was out in the bathroom, and when we went to go back to the car to get more stuff, the door handle fell off in my hand because a screw was missing. The night concierge switched the room for us, and our new room was infinitely better. No broken items, but the AC vents looked to have mold or mildew growing on it.

The hotel was close to the people we were visiting. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

There was mold on top of the bathtub. Room was not cleaned for the 2nd night. The fan for the heater was noisy. The breakfast bar left a little to be desired.

The bathroom in our double queen room was not clean. My husband went to grab a tissue and the tissues had blood on them. The floor was not mopped, it looked like stuff had been dripped all over it. The closet had white dropps all over the floor.
