Terrible, dont stay here. Shower was disgusting and clogged. The staff gave me tools to clean it myself. No compensation given. The staff promised a refund but didn't processed one and told hotels.com to not process one even after they made me come back to speak to the manager to layer find out he's on vacation.

The wright Patterson inn is actually getting remodeled, so after we checked in we were sent to the hotel across the parking lot (the clarion inn) which I assume is affiliated somehow???? So the clarion inn was actually quite nice

First up, the good things. Room was clean, bathroom was fairly spacious, bed was very comfortable, and there was a mini fridge. It is also very close to many restaurants and the Nutter Center at Wright State University. Now the rest. The hotel was in the middle of renovations, which we did not know when we booked. The elevator was out of order, the pool and gym were closed, and we were told to go to the hotel next door for continental breakfast. The stairwells were cluttered with pieces of drywall, ladders, etc and were very dusty and musty. Also, the room had no coffee pot which was not ideal because I had to be up at 4AM for the event I was attending for this visit.

We looked for 20 minutes trying to find the hotel. The sign said 2550 Paramount Pl. and the name said Hampton Inn. My husband went inside and the name Wright Patterson Inn was behind the counter on the wall. Got a room on the first floor. There was no phone no clock no refrigerator no ice machine. It was 89 degrees outside. No continental breakfast no pool that was advertised. Sink was plugged up and tub handle was broken. Next morning they gave us a new room on second floor with a frig and phone. That evening when we came back the elevator was broken. We had to take our suitcases and bags upstairs with no help. I am 75 my husband 76. It took several trips. No air conditioning in stairway or hallway. Unbelievable that you would list this hotel in this condition. This is not what we paid for. We would like compensation for our miserable 3 nites. This is the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

Terrible. Pool was closed and breakfast wasnt being served. They told me to go to another hotel they own to make use of their pool and food. The place was very dirty too. The hallways were sweltering hot, elevator was also closed and was basically super broken and would close and open while the insides were beat up. Random skidding noises were also happening from 4-8 am so I was unable to sleep. Staying in this hotel is like staying in a horror themed hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. They were under renovation still so we used the pool and ate breakfast at Clarion across the street. They had waffles and other easy breakfast options and the pool was open late. Both hotels seemed to be understaffed a bit in terms of cleanliness but nothing more than one would expect from a place where lots of people are coming in and out every time. Would definately stay here again for the price range. Room had a ton of space. Basic amenities, no ice maker but Clarion did have one we could use. Obviously there were outdated items like some of the furniture, and the bathroom has stains (not dirty just stained) but considering they are renovating, give them grace.

Dont go here unless your planning on getting drunk. No pool, whole place stinks. Health code violations. Pool was at 72 degrees but in greene county the water must remain 80-83 degrees to maintain healthy water. Wow

This hotel is old and run poorly. The sheets smelled like someone had sweated in them. The room I was in has tons of mold to the point I could smell it and my clothes in my duffle bag were damp from just sitting on the floor. Lastly, my friends son was using the pool, slipped and injured himself. The staff would not let the mother see the incident report yet emailed it to her and there were so many lies in there. The pool area is unsafe and not up to code. My friends son was not running or doing anything he shouldn’t have been as we were there watching them and reminding them not to do anything they shouldn’t.

I wish they would’ve let me know I had to pay a $100 deposit even after I payed for the room. I didn’t know I had to pay a deposit on top of pay for the room I spent my last $120 on the room due to an emergency and had to ask a friend to cover the deposit because they wouldn’t even issue a refund.

I'd give 0 starts if that was an option. I should have known something was off when we were the only car in the lot at 5 pm. They are apparently in the middle of renovations which closed every amenity with no warning on the website. The pool was disgusting, closed, and the only reason we were there on that 104° day. In order to have the breakfast (supposed to be included with our stay) we were instructed to walk across the two adjoining parking lots, to a separate hotel. We were told we could swim there as well, trekked over and got told their pool was also closed. The first room we were given had been empty so long a spider made a web in the bathtub, which also had several handfuls of dirt inside it. I washed my hands and the water didn't drain back down the sink. The ACs hardly worked. The whole hotel was hot, muggy, and smelly. They also ripped off the name from the hotel on the Air Force Base nearby & at first GPS took us there! Front desk was hardly helpful, the second room was also disgusting, hot, with uncomfortable beds. Hands down the worst excuse for a hotel I've seen and I've been traveling all my life.

I thought I was booking the Wrigjt Patterson Inn by the college, instead they put us in the Hampton Inn which they are remodeling. No room service, no phone in room, no pool and we had to go to other hotel for breakfast which was super inconvenient. If I would have known that I would have booked someplace complete different.

This hotel needs to be shut down!!!! First red flag: the name of the hotel doesn't match any of the signs. You have to go inside and confirm. Pool- closed, breakfast - you have to go to the hotel next door. EXCUSE ME!? NONE OF THAT WAS ADVERTISED ON YOUR BOOKING SITE. blood, Urine, semen, fences, mold, boogers, body hair, old food, ALL OVER THE PLACE Pink mystery stains all over the beds and bathroom. The room was 90 degrees on arrival and didn't cool down until nearly 5 am!!!!! Demanded a refund and was told she couldn't do it so you'll be hearing from me every day until I get my money back. THIS IS DISGUSTING!!!!!

This property is completely under construction. Pool closed. No refrig. No Microwave in room. No ice machines. No breakfast. We understand that we may be able to use the neighboring motel in the morning. The room was 91 degrees when we entered. I don't recall seeing any of this information when booking a room. The front desk person was very nice and helpful but this will be a disappointing stay.

Our stay was good. There was some issues though. First, it was 93 degrees in our room when we got in. We turned on the air and it took all night to get to 70 degrees. The fridge was unplugged. Luckily we noticed before our food spoiled. There was trash and popcorn on the floor by the bedrame. The hallway leading to the room was hot as well. I'm guessing the air wasnt on in the hallway either. The bed linens were clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful.

There is another place to stay with the same name on the AFB and GPS initially wanted to send me there, so keep that in mind. I believe the property is going through a name change so that should solve that issue. The front desk staff couldn't have been friendlier. She took the time to get me checked in, had a nice conversation, and even took the time to take me up to my room. One negative is the room was 92 degrees F, when I walked in. It was already late, so it took probably 2 hours or more to cool down to a temperature where I could sleep, other than that the room was clean.

They are in the midst of remodeling and changing to a Hilton Surge, so missing Ice machine and pool closed but we could use the Clarian as they own that one across the parking lot too. Room was comfortable despite not having the remodel complete.

Very disappointed. We booked this hotel with an indoor pool so that my granddaughter and I could swim. The pool was closed. We were told to go across the parking lot to another hotel's pool. Also we ran out of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Front desk was only able to give us body wash. We were told that they are under renovation and everything was at a minimal. There was nothing said about under renovation and pool closed when we booked our room. Would not recommend this place unless after their renovations are done. Maybe it would be ok then.

The place was beyond disgusting. Not a single floor looked vacuumed or swept. The hallways, elevator, rooms etc all had crumbs, trash and hair. The toilets had stains on them and the floor. The sheets had stains and even blood stains on the pillow cases. We switched rooms three times to find one that was even remotely clean. The people were friendly and understanding but all in all whoever runs that place or is in charge of cleaning needs a serious check. I would never recommend someone to stay there until they make serious changes. We wanted a refund to go to another hotel, but it was too late.

This property is in transition from being a Hampton Inn to something else. When I stayed, it was hard to find because the Hampton signs were still up even though the alleged name is the Wright Patterson Inn. You can't confirm until you come to the front desk. There is a simple makeshift sign there. Use the address, not the hotel name for navigation. Overall, this place was a good value for money, comfortable and clean with lots of towels and plenty of bach amenities. Breakfast was just okay with the basics, including waffles. The scrambled eggs were almost inedible, however.

We had a significant issue with the tub not draining after we showered in the morning on our first full day. We reported it to someone from the front desk, but when we returned from our event, the tub was still full of water and remained so overnight. We were also not aware or made aware that if we wanted fresh towels on our 2nd morning, we had to request them in advance. Other than that, the staff were very friendly, very pleasant, and extremely helpful. We do plan on returning next year... if the tub issue has been addressed by then
