Spotless , easy parking, good size room, nice pool, comfy bed . Also great location need food, entertainment and shopping

Only disappointment is lack of vending machines or any kind of snacks . Seems like an easy thing to provide for guests

The location was close to our destination. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. The price was very competitive.

The bed needed more pillows, only 3 for a King size bed. The breakfast area needed someone attending it. The coffee thermos was empty, the paper plates were too small for the Waffles, the syrup container was empty and the coffee cup lids were too big for the cups.

Met my requirements. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was variable. One day, it was hot meats only - no eggs.

With the convention, there was no daily room maintenance - this was fine.

Staff isn't super friendly either. Showers were barely warm. The pool was disgusting and room wasn't what I would call clean. It's obvious the cleaning is very quick, if at all. The breakfast bar is small with few options which would be fine but it was out of coffee and waffle mix. No staff to be found to refill either.

Clean, staff was friendly, room had everything you’d need, bed was comfortable, light breakfast was sufficient.

The side door by the stairs to the parking lot did not shut all the way on its own so it wasn’t always secured.

Very dirty. I don't think our room was actually cleaned. The bathroom was really bad. The staff found some clorox wipes so I could clean the toilet before sitting on it. The whole room was definitely not up to standard.

There was no hot water in the shower, and despite multiple requests to the front desk, the issue remained unresolved throughout my stay.

Got checked into a room (119) took our boy to the pool, the water was freezing!! Got back to the room wiped up water with a towel on the bathroom floor from my boy walking across it and the towel was black. No remote for tv, went down got a remote but the tv didnt work. Went down explained about the tv and the dirty floor and was told they could change our room. The second gal behind the desk grabbed a towel and odor ban and headed up to "try" room 219 or 220. Got to the new room walked through quickly and had to go for dinner reservations (We found a pill on the floor). When we got back to the room it was quickly noted that the toilet hadnt been cleaned, I had to clean it before it could even be used. The one queen size bed appeared to be cleaned whole the other was not and looked like it hadnt been cleaned for sometime the pillows were yellow, luckly we grabbed extra towels and layed them on the bed to sleep, my husband and boy slept in the other bed. Cobwebs all over in the bathroom, shower wasnt cleaned and mold under the sink rim! Made everyone keep their socks on.There was a dead stink bug in the curtain and we found a dead cockroach on the floor (We didn't realize this until early morning). Once I knew about the bug we got out of there!! Eat breakfast I don't think so not aftet that. The hotel should be ashamed of themselves for such an unsanitary place!! Close down clean your place, fix the pool and do better. The staff was friendly but that doesn't make up for the dirty.

Nothing! Was very disappointed! Cereal and yogurt were only choices. No bread. No danish. Coffee was full of coffee grounds.

Breakfast was pretty good, beds were comfortable. Pool was nice and clean. Good location near Wright Patterson AFB and museum.

excellent location and easy to get into and out of traffic. close to the mall, and helpful staff.

Staff was friendly and the location was ideal for our baseball tournament.

Room was a disaster the fridge leg was broke so I had to fix that, the the exhaust fan in the bathroom was making a horrendous sound so I had to take the vent cover off and unplug that, and the steam from the shower kept causing the smoke alarm to go off and smoke alarm was also hanging from the ceiling.

The breakfast was the only good thing

Room number 1 had bugs was really dirty, room number 2 smelled like someone chain smoked in it tub was gross ,and room number 3 air conditioner didn't work and it was 90 degrees out.. if I hadn't spent all my money and had time I would of gladly stayed else where, this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot ..I've stayed in MOTELS more clean this place

That one week later I still have not received my deposit back. And this is a major burden on me...

There wasn't much to like. The facility was ran down. The poilnwas closed. The elevator was broken. The vending machines were broken. The breakfast was sparse. The manager was rude and kept my $100 deposit for no reason. We had tonsray a second night and the manager wouldn't let us have the room for the same price or biij through you. We had to pat $112 for the room.

Good value for a short stay, bed and pillows were adequate. Room temperature was fine. Friendly staff and good location. Room generally clean and comfy enough.

No microwave, shower was clogged with gunk, stained and very worn. WiFi a bit slow at night when everyone was in.

Trash was left in our room from the previous occupant. Bathtub was gross. Fairly pricey for the quality. There's better options out there for the money. Will not be coming back, but it did the job for one night.

Front desk employees and shower pressure - that was literally it

Having to pay price for room I booked but never got and told since I booked thru 3rd party they couldn't give me a discount for the difference. Another horrible experience at a Choice Hotel. Stains on everything, bathroom had towel on back of door so I knew it wasn't cleaned. Room wasn't worth $70 a night let alone the $112 I was charged.

My partner made a mistake and thought this was in England we tried many times to contact to see if we could get money back no answer from either email or phone so think bit poor on there side fair enough we made a mistake but honestly were is common decency

dirty, waited forever for staff, somehow my food delivery was “picked up” but not by me, terrible pillows, nasty shower, the whole room leaned to one side so bad the dresser drawer kept opening on its own!

The staff was great. The check-in was smooth. They allowed us to have breakfast past the 6-9am time frame.

The bathroom was small. The shower head needs to be cleaned.
