Hotel is under renovation, my door was hard to lock from the inside, it looked like someone tried to break in. Room was not clean, sheets were dirty, water in the toilet hat mold

Nice hotel for the money...hotel management needs to be better.

The location was perfect for our needs and is far enough off of the freeway that road noise was minimal at nights.

We stayed at the hotel for seven nights. Our room was only cleaned the day after we complained (three different days) to the front desk management. We checked with the front desk the first time to make sure the policy was for the room to be cleaned everyday. (We did not leave the Do Not Disturb sign on our door.) We sent an email to the hotel manager complaining of the problem. We received no response.

Would stay there again, for sure!

The room was clean and bed comfortable. Unfortunately the bottom sheet didn't fit the mattress well so we were constantly fighting it because it wouldn't stay put...but that's not enough to not make us stay there again. We definitely would book this hotel again. The breakfast was great! The serving area was kept clean constantly. Great coffee 24/7! The front desk staff was friendly and we felt very safe there.

Beautiful lobby and room tastefully decorated, big room, big TV great picture quality, comfortable bed, great value

A/C must use a motion sensor to deactivate it when no movement A:C had room cold when we went to bed woje up hot moved around it cooled down again but then hot again. Repeat. Epic fail Water in shower took 5 minutes (not exaggerating) to get hot was luke warm until 5 minutes then hot.

Its a very comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and have what you need for business as well as relaxation. Breakfast is good and opens early. Location is great and value is good!

Every thing was so comfortable and clean.

I wanted to book another Wingate, but you only allow service animals, and I had just picked up a puppy. I know that most people aren't watchful of their pets, but a policy defining what is expected of the owner might help. My slept in a carrier and I did not let her run around the room.

Proximity to the Trans Am Nationals event. The staff is friendly, the waffles and coffee are decent. Excellent water pressure in the shower!

The beds are awful. By the end of the weekend my back is killing me. The beds in the entire hotel need replacement. The halls smell like cigarettes and Marijuana.

Cheap in price - but paying for what you get... Don't recommend

The location.

The rooms felt dirty (visible stains everywhere), not a lot of breakfast options (the waffle batter dispenser was not working and the staff wouldn't help fix it), the front desk was not very nice/approachable (would "huff" if I had a question and was annoyed with my presence, didn't feel welcome).

Location was great! Just off the highway and VERY close (walking distance) to MANY different places to eat. Great water pressure and temp for shower. Quiet.

Sheets were very scratchy. Furniture looked very worn. Our room just felt moist, not wet, but like it had been super humid before we came. The shampoo and conditioner bottles weren’t full. :-/ the breakfast was dismal. Only syrup for waffles (which were good), fruit was frozen, eggs were cold. Probably the saddest hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. I was really looking forward to it.

Not enough words to describe this nightmare hotel.

Nothing at all.

The room, the heavy smell of mildew/mold. The bathroom was dirty. The carpets were gross. The hotel is just disgusting. Spotted cleaner on a counter top where food is prepared. And the fact that we had to put down a $100 deposit to stay at this dump. Couldn’t leave fast enough.

We paid for the room, then they wanted $100 extra for some damage deposit. They refused us service because we didn’t have the extra $100 for their damage deposit after the money was taken from our account. We didn’t have enough so they refused us service but would not refund our money for the room. We didn’t have enough money to get home that night. They are still refusing to refund our money. Don’t stay here.

Hidden Costs

Although it was neat and clean, we were given a room that had no signage indicating where it was and it looked as though it was decorated with left over furnishings. Breakfast was good.

We were charged a $100.00 room fee to be refunded after a room inspection by housekeeping after our checkout. I found this to be offensive, especially as we booked through you on line.

I would go here again, nice and clean

The pool was nice and it was nice you could go outside and lay out. It was really clean room and im picky. Only issue we had was the key cards kept quit working but wasn't a big issue. Breakfast variety was nice also

I just didn't like where our room was located. It was on the 2nd floor right in a hallway area right above the front desk. Which make it a more trafficking area and we would have preferred to be more away from all the traffic and have more privacy. But other then that it was a nice place.

The breakfast was decent, staff was friendly. That is about all the positive I can muster.

We got the king deluxe room because of the extra fold out couch for grandkids traveling with us... I wouldn't expect for one of the beds to be completely useless due to previous damage, and that I would have to cannibalize it to make the other usable. The room had a spa tub in it, nice thought. Filled it, turned on the jets, and moments later there was a thick dirt ring around the water line on the tub. (Nobody had gotten in yet). Disgusting. The pool was nice on the first evening. Grandkids were excited to get back to the hotel the 2nd night to swim again.... to find out it is closed for maintenance and won't be looked at until Monday. And, no fault of theirs, but on the last morning there the building lost power for about 30 minutes due to a storm. I really would expect a Windham brand hotel to have back up generator

Very clean. Easy to find. Loved no smoking. Appreciated the variety of food at breakfast.

Room temperature not easy to control. Bed sheet and blanket too short for bed, or were tucked so far under the mattress that they didn’t cover us completely. Good selection of breakfast food, but bacon and eggs were cold.

I am very susceptible to insect bites. The room had bedbugs. Was bitten 5 times. Most people (85) percent do not show a reaction. We were in room 410.

The amenities were excellent for the price, we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly and responsive.

The location was good, close to highway. Facility was clean. Breakfast was good.

The sink is very high. I can't reach over to brush my teeth. I need a step stool. The toilet seat was broke. There was not enough lighting in the room to do what work I needed to do. Also the bed is very tall. I am 5'2'', and had a hard time climbing in the bed.
