Staying here was a very good experience.

The location was great. We were there for a high school function and the location worked very well, There were a lot of food choices located nearby. Our room had a balcony, which I loved. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again if back in the same area.

There was some construction going on at the hotel. It did not cause any real problems or issues though.

Nice hotel

Check in went smoothly and the front desk person was very friendly. The rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. Did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. We were there for a sleepover for 5 - 13 year old girls so the proximity to the mall and the indoor pool were both huge selling points for us.

The WiFi was agonizingly slow. It was pretty much impossible to use Netflix on the tv

All staff from front desk to bistro were nice. Convenient location with many food options within walking distance

Bathroom design wasn’t great. Shower was very narrow and room didn’t smell the freshest. A light fixture in room had pulled away from wall and a remodel was occurring on the exterior.

The floors throughout the hotel were very dirty. The room had pink stuff and hair on area around sink. Sticky stuff on bathroom floor and on pull out for luggage. The elevators were very dirty.

The TV streaming services didn't work, The phone in the room didn't work. Staff couldn't do anything about it. We were woken up twice by far alarms one 4:00 a.m. in the morning and other 7:00 a.m. in the morning. And there was no fire. And there might have been a rodent in the wall. Shitty experience

Cozy, clean and inviting.

Friendly staff, clean and very welcoming. Comfortable beds. Sparkling clean and layout of our room was great! Loved the useable balcony with settee. We opt out of Breakfast included, so I can’t comment on that. I do know that their Cappuccino’s are great though. They have a lovely courtyard area as well with a fire pit in the back; hence, “Courtyard”. You just have to ask someone to light it for you if you want to enjoy it. I don’t know about roasting marshmallows, you’d have to ask.

I think Breakfast should be included at this price level. But other than that, nothing.

Spent $184 a nite and had to pay for coffee. The tea bag type coffee in the room, 1 bag for 2 people,two nights. The outside side door, near our room didn't latch well, so anyone could walk in.

I liked that since there were renovations going on with the hotel, they automatically moved my reservation to the residence inn next door. There were no issues with checking in either.

bathroom had hair everywhere which was later determined to be from the 3rd floor maid. because after we cleaned it up we asked for a towel change and when she left the floor was covered with it again.

An Ok place

I took my two boys for a one night trip for an event in town. Staff was super nice and friendly, went to room after check in to an employee in our room, so we stayed in the hallway until they left. I followed my boys in and on the couch was a pile of dirty linen, stained carpet and in unpleasant smell. For the price was totally disappointed in the room and won’t stay again, thankfully the staff for super kind, that’s about the only real thing they have going for them. I would of had to of changed hotels if it were for an extended stay.

It’s location was very convenient to shopping and dining options

When we checked in their computer system had been down so one of our rooms for my mother actually already had an occupant. This issue was quickly resolved. The other room for my wife and I was ready but when we checked in we noticed hair everywhere in the bathroom. We cleaned it up but we were concerned about cleanliness. The following day as we were leaving the hotel to attend my daughters wedding we found the 3rd floor maid and asked her to change out our towels. When we returned we had new towels which was great but there were hairs all over the bathroom floor again. Obviously these were the maids hairs. Maybe a hair net should be part of her uniform. Also the plants outside need watered badly.

Lovely courtyard with firepit

Susan at the front desk was delightful and helpful. I enjoyed eating my Panera take-out in the peaceful courtyard while the sun set. Comfy bedding and black-out curtains allowed me to sleep well.

Disappointing

Hotel is near many stores, restaurants-great location. The king room has a balcony which looks out to the city which was nice.

There was confusion about reservation upon check-in and then given wrong room. Was eventually given correct room. Ice machine broken, no vending machines for drinks on our floor.

Very nice great location close to the Nutter

The hotel was very clean the bed was very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We stayed there to see a concert at the Nutter stadium. It was very close to that location. Would definitely stay there again!

Given a Dirty Room during a Pandemic

The hotel was conveniently close to Walmart and the Fairfield Mall.

I was given a room that wasn’t clean during a pandemic. The bed was made but the bathroom was full of dirty used linen in piles on the floor. Left over cleaning rags on the counter. Full trash cans. Horrific experience for me.
