Broken lamp in room. They did fix that. I have handicap, requested handicap room. Elevator was out and they put me on

The property was not that well maintained. Over a week ago we got snow. The parking lot, specifically the Handicap spots were completely cover and no way to park there. Not to mention the snow and ice still under the car port making it slick and unsafe. Even the path from the parking area that was available to the building was not clear. Not even attempted. Could understand if it snowed a couple days ago but it had been an entire week and nothing was done. Seemed to be an inconvenience to staff when enquirering about it as I needed to use the handicap areas and could not. They did call and have it removed but only the day we were checking out but path to front door was still not cleared.

Love staying at Country Inn & Suites wherever we travel. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed and room. Great breakfast.

Very poor experience with front desk staff. Was double charged for the room. When showing that the first charge went through, she stated I needed to insert just for incidentals. But I was charged again. The manager did come up and review with the staff and explained it would drop off in a couple of days and apologized. Later, after getting into our room, we didn’t see a blanket and pillow for the pullout sofa. As we were heading out to dinner, we stopped by the desk and asked for a blanket and pillow. She said it was under the pullout but if we didn’t see it we could come back and get them. When we got back and checked, it wasn’t there. Went back to the desk and she said she already gave it to us. My husband had to argue with her to get a blanket and pillow. This was the same staff member that checked us in. The employee either needs additional training or more supervision.

A sleepless night and no refund for the 2nd night.

Our room was next to the fire exit and people kept running in and out to smoke. I was awakened every half hour during the night. I checked out at 11:30 AM but couldn’t get a refund because I booked with online service. I ended up driving home shortening my plans. I deserve a refund for Sunday since I had to leave. Wasn’t offered to move us to another room. Told me next time ask for the 3rd floor away from the exit door. I will not go there again.

I was a little disappointed this time around. Wasn’t to happy with unsupervised teens that were being loud until 3am.

The front desk clerks were very helpful and very nice. It was clean. What I didn’t like was the breakfast items because it was plain and not much to choose from.

Bed bugs at this hotel

The bed was soft and the room was large.

This hotel has bed bugs! We got eaten alive. My husband has 17 bites and I have 18. We reported it to the staff and, as expected, they denied it. Ruined our trip. Cost us extra money on medicine and to remediate the issue so we did not bring them to our home. We still have the welts which are visible on our chests and arms. Vey embarrassing as they were noticeable at our granddaughters 3rd birthday party and someone even asked us if they were bed bug bites. Hotel staff said we must have gotten them somewhere else we stayed. We did not stay anywhere else. We drove straight through from our home to the hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. If not for the elevator it would have been a perfect stay.

Everything was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. It was very clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The property was in a prime location.

I absolutely hated the elevator. It had a major delay and sounded like it could stop working at any moment. You had to push the buttons repeatedly even though it was already there and while in the elevator it would stop and go when it felt motivated to which was very unnerving.

It was okay. It served its function of being a place to sleep on the road- it was a pit stop for us.

The overall facility was good but the scent of glade plug ins was overwhelming in the room. I have asthma and it was awful for me. Also, there was a roach on the curtain when we walked in.

I don’t know what type of scent products they use but the room smelled like a glad plug in factory exploded, it was overwhelming and my asthma was especially irritated. The roach on the curtain wasn’t a pleasant guest either.

The pillows were small not standard sized and very uncomfortable and the mattress was very hard did not sleep at all, which defeats the purpose of sleeping in a hotel. Not everyone can sleep on. Very firm/hard mattress.

Our bed was very uncomfortable. It was as if a thin topper had been placed on a hard box. We also were baffled by the hotel decision to place the parking spots/charging stations closer to the entrance than the handicapped parking spaces.

We had a place to lay our head.

Couldn’t find our reservation. We spent 2 hrs until we decided to just pay out of pocket again for a room and contacting booking for a refund. Worker didn’t seem much of help. It was late at night, 2 am and instead of just offering us a room he told us contact booking to figure it out. We were exhausted and been traveling all day. It was also cheaper to just pay from the room instead of going through booking as well. Pool looked extremely dirty. Rooms were okay. Itchy bed sheets. Towels were rough like no detergent was used on it.

This was the best thing about the stay. Great breakfast. Theresa, the staff member running the breakfast was fantastic.

The air conditioner was noisy, and the room was very humid. You could hear people walking in the upstairs room. It was not possible to get a good night sleep.
